Built in 1921, our history, architecture, and charm make for an amazing wedding experience! The event space includes a 6,000-square-foot Reception Hall, a 3,000-square-foot Ceremony Space with Grooms Quarters attached, and an 800-square-foot building dedicated as a Bridal Suite. It has two beautifully landscaped garden spaces that can be used for cocktail hour or ceremony spaces. The entire facility has a brick and rod iron privacy fence surrounding the property. The venue includes three historic buildings connected by beautiful cobblestone walkways, lush landscape, landscape lighting as well as cafe lights. The walk from each unique building is just as beautiful as the buildings themselves.

Family owned since 1931, Red Gate Farms is just 6 miles from historic downtown Savannah. Offering an authentic Barn venue and an industrial venue, The Grainery. The Barn holds up to 150 guests and The Grainery up to 200. The Belle Tower is a Southern home in the middle of the farm. It included with the Grainery as dressing rooms for weddings. The Belle Tower can also be rented for events with up to 60 guests. Smaller venues are also available for rehearsal dinners and private events. We also offer elopement packages for 10 or 20 guests.

Opening its doors in 1997, Soho South is located in the heart of Historic Downtown Savannah, appropriately named after the iconic New York City neighborhood for its proximity to nearby shops and entertainment venues. Built originally as an automotive service station in 1945, the building sat vacant for a number of years before being transformed into the events venue you see today. The monumental, vast interior space includes the buildings original exposed elements such as the steel windows, iron trusses, and solid wooden garage doors. The overall atmosphere results in a versatile space that lends itself to a myriad of gatherings and special events.

Situated on 326 acres, Middleburg is located in Huger, South Carolina along the banks of the East Branch of the Cooper River. The property features ample green space for private events, in addition to river access, trails, wildlife viewing, and recreation. The estate features four homes with a total of 10 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms and can comfortably house 20 guests. The Middleburg property is only a 25 minute drive from Mount Pleasant and a 45 minute drive from Charleston proper.

The Barn at Reeves Farm is the perfect location for any wedding ceremony/reception. It’s location near St. George, SC makes it a convenient site for guests in the Charleston/Summerville area, just 4 miles from exit 77 of of I-95. The property consists of a large barn situated on 80 acres of land which provides ample space for an indoor or outdoor wedding. The barn can hold 300 people and table seating is provided for up to 80 people. It features large windows that allow ample natural light to stream into the main room with over 3200 square feet of available space, a handicap accessible men and women’s wash closet, a built-in stage, a bar, and space for a dance floor. The outside property has a pond, oak trees, gazebo, and sprawling fields, any of which can be used for an outside ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. The outdoor area has additional space to increase the occupancy capacity. A bridal suite is included for the bridal party to use prior to the ceremony.

The Corley Mill House is an Edwardian-era home built in 1908. The house was purchased and developed into an event venue in 1997 and with the additions of banquet space and gardens in 2001, the property has evolved into a multi-faceted venue for indoor and outdoor events of all types and sizes. The house was purchased in 2020 by Pam and John Banks. We are continually upgrading all of our spaces to make them lovely, but also functional for your entire wedding party. We host over 70 weddings here a year, but only one per day. We are old fashion customer service people. Our goal is to take care of you in every phase of the process.

Victory North was constructed in an ice factory built in the early 1900s. It possesses Savannah’s historic and charming appeal while providing all of the modern conveniences in technology and style. The Hartley House (also known as the Bond-Bates-Hartley House) located in Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina was built circa 1790 for John Pearson Bond. The house later came into possession of John Bates, husband of John Pearson Bond’s great niece and a member of the family that the town of Batesburg was named for. There are many local legends surrounding this house and it’s friendly visitors. According to local tradition, the Bond-Bates-Hartley House served as a stagecoach stop and post office, prior to the founding of the town of Batesburg. Architecturally the house is a typical upcountry farmhouse, with a portico adapted from the Greek Revival style.

Spanning a generous 8000 square feet, The Rebecca Padgett Event Center offers boundless possibilities for your events. In 1874, Father Theodore Butler purchased a home and a lot in Augusta, Georgia, for $10,000.00 to construct a building to be used as a church for the Catholic population and a school for children of all denominations. A simple Victorian structure served as a temporary facility for the church until work could begin on a larger, more significant building for the group. The first bricks were laid for Sacred Heart Church in 1897 and the church opened with the first service on December 2, 1900. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building features towering twin spires, graceful arches, fifteen distinctive styles of brickwork, ninety-four stained glass windows, a barreled vaulted ceiling, and intricately carved Italian marble altars. Unfortunately, due to a number of factors, the last mass was held in Sacred Heart on July 3, 1971.

The Phillips Market Center’s multi-purpose hall, commercial kitchen with training area, executive board room, and covered patio provide the ideal venue for groups up to 200 people. Tables and chairs are provided for all events and set-up is included. The center is equipped with up-to-date technology for effective presentations, including high speed wireless internet access as well as a broad range of audiovisual equipment. The full service Chef’s Kitchen is equipped with commercial appliances for catering and serving small luncheons to large multi-course dinners. The kitchen also serves as a culinary training center for the Department of Education’s foodservice personnel in safe food handling and preparation. We offer day and evening bookings, 7 days a week, except holidays. It’s conveniently located within minutes from downtown Columbia and easily accessible from I-26 and I-77.

Twin Oaks Vineyard, previously Meinhardt Vineyards, has been purchased by a local Bulloch County native. The property has been transformed into a wedding and event venue. While the winery equipment has been sold the vineyard is still in tact and adds a beautiful setting for any event. The house, that is now the face of Southern Oaks, was built in 1820. Still with its original wooding and design, this house is what makes our venue stand out from others. It includes a Bridal Suite, Groom's Room, a Den Area for parents and grandparents to relax, and a recently added "Ladies Loft" just for hair and makeup. The home is filled with large, elegant chandeliers and stunning furniture. The property has 3 historic barns, a chapel, 2 patio decks, and the largest reception area in Lexington County. Our micro weddings accommodate no more than 23 guests. The setting at most of the venues will be outside at privately owned vacation homes, beaches, parks, or in outdoor country settings, which are managed by our premiere partner, TGI Property Management & Consulting, LLC, who manages a portfolio of vacations rentals throughout South Carolina including; Charleston, Columbia, and Greenwood.
