Our barn was originally built in 1861 in Northern Indiana. We moved and rebuilt it in Howard, Colorado (just 15 minutes outside of Salida, CO) in 2019 to become a rustic yet elegant backdrop to wedding celebrations. Our wedding barn is ideal for couples looking to frame their memorable event with the simple beauty of the outdoors and the vintage charm of an old barn. We offer an intimate space for your guests for your ceremony and reception. Our 1890’s 11 acre property is an active farm complete with honey bees, growing hops, hay pastures and more. We are located on the Arkansas River. Our gorgeous views of the 13,000 foot Twin Sister peaks of the Sangre de Cristo mountain range are the perfect backdrop for your I Do’s.

Hillside Colorado: Cottages, Weddings & Events is a park and outdoor wedding venue set in the historic township of Hillside, Colorado. Nestled on 9 acres, Hillside Colorado: Cottages, Weddings & Events features a grove of historic black willow trees. You can say 'I do' in the meadow underneath the canopy of 100-year-old trees. Combined with the flowing brook, these details create a magical setting for you to celebrate your love. After the ceremony, you can head over to Hillside Hall to enjoy a meal and dance the night away. The space features vaulted ceilings, a classic stage, vintage clapboard walls, antique oaken floors, and exposed timbers. You can host events of around 100 guests in this location.
