Oak Hill Farm is an elegant outdoor wedding venue nestled on a secluded estate near Galena, Illinois, a popular tourist destination in the Midwest. The Wagner House, located in the historic Wagner Print Building, is a three-story industrial warehouse in downtown Freeport, Illinois. The building was built in 1903 and was one of the first buildings that had electricity in Freeport. Established in 1853 and incorporated on March 9, 1912, the Wagner Building was home to the German-born Wagner Family who, like Freeport, has a long and interesting history. The Wagner House also served as an industrial manufacturing spot for textiles and fashion. For four generations, the business did not change hands, and the present Wagner company pledged to continue their record of quality printing and letterpress and are still in business today. In 2013, The Wagner building was sold to Bill Green to redevelop and re-imagine it, creating a wine bar, business incubator, and beautiful event space.

In 1976, Hugh and Jody Deery had established themselves as greats in Midwest short track race promoting. With their large plot of land in Loves Park, just miles north of Rockford already housing Rockford Speedway, they asked themselves what's missing? The answer was affordable quality banquet space! Fermenting Cellars Winery, Wedding and Event Venue is an open-air Venue with Canvas sides. 80 ft. by 40 ft. Pavilion. leading up to a patio with a large fireplace and waterfall feature and stone bar. We also have The Shed building which is a climate-controlled building used for smaller groups of 30 or less people, bridal parties, etc. It has a kitchenette, lighted mirrors, a private restroom and comfortable seating. 4 public restrooms on site; 2 large handicapped flush toilets and 2 large, handicapped pit toilets.
