Our property has been in the family since 1960, and the trees were planted in 2007. Our pavilion is 30 by 40 and was built in the summer of 2011 using beams harvested from the property. There are rustic accents added throughout, which help make the space unique. Articulating glass windows & doors on the South & East walls allow us to control temperature shifts, creating a unique indoor/outdoor space. Adjacent to the pavilion is a tented patio which is 60' x 30'. The tent is provided by our venue, includes hanging string lights, and has sides available upon request. The space allows room to seat up to 180 people using rectangular tables and up to 130 people using 5' round tables. We also have a Bridal tent built with rustic cedar trim. The Lake House is located in the North West corner of the Bronx, only several short miles from the border with Westchester County, and it has a 2,500+ sq. ft. outdoor deck with lovely views of the lake. We have customized menus to reflect your individual tastes and style, and our event coordinator will work together with you to make sure all of your specific needs are taken care of. Whether your event is an intimate cocktail reception or a formal affair, we will make sure that our space exceeds your expectations!

A privately owned property & gardens, resides along the Hudson River in Garrison NY. An ideal place! We currently offer wedding rehearsal, welcome party and after party location. We can help design specific entertaining areas throughout the property matching you with vendors. —- We have available days! Although, we have plenty of requests.
