You don't have to worry about outside catering, rentals, or even a planner. Our in-house team helps you every step of the way, and everything is included. “Review for Blenheim Hill Farm Blenheim Hill Farm was the wedding venue of our dreams. From our very first meeting, the owners, Min and Morten, went above and beyond to make us feel supported and cared for. They were personally involved every step of the way — from answering our endless planning questions, to leading us through the tasting, to being hands-on during our big day. The venue itself is picture perfect: set on over 100 acres of peaceful countryside, it offers both privacy and freedom — we loved that we could have a live band, late-night dancing, and even a custom firework show without worrying about noise ordinances. The charm of the working farm added such a special touch, from guests petting goats upon arrival to enjoying eggs fresh from the coop at our Sunday brunch. The food was absolutely incredible — so many of our guests told us it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had. And when light rain threatened our outdoor ceremony, Min and Morten worked tirelessly to hold off the rain plan until the last possible moment; the skies cleared just in time, and their team quickly ensured every seat was dry and perfect. One small note for future couples: plan your guest transportation carefully. We had guests staying in Windham, which added a bit of stress with bus logistics — in hindsight, we’d recommend nearby Airbnbs or closer towns. Still, everything about our experience at Blenheim Hill Farm was magical, and we’re endlessly grateful to Min, Morten, and their team for helping us create a day we’ll cherish forever.”

“Seven ponds was an absolute dream for our wedding. The location itself is breathtaking and gorgeous. To The mountains, the ponds, the farm animals to the tasteful decorations, us and our guests were blown away by the beauty of this venue. Beyond being beautiful, the team at seven ponds farm were incredible. The team is really there for you the whole weekend and to help ensure your wedding is a success. We had several older guests in need of help, and they were driven by a golf cart around the venue which was extremely helpful. The food and drinks were amazing, our guests are still raving about the food. And Maria, was amazing. Our wedding was amazing, and our vision came true, and we couldn’t have done it without the support and help from the team here at seven ponds. We highly recommend this venue and are so thankful to the team there.”

“Staff all around is the best staff you can ask for. Chef Dave, I will never stop craving his tenderloin! He truly has a passion of making the best food for each wedding. Our guest still text me about all his food. Brittany was amazing. I had last minute changes out of my control and she always found the best way to make things work! Tim the Banquet manager was always around ready to make sure it all ran smoothly. Ryan the lift operations manager kept Brittany updated on the weather day of and when it didn’t look good at the bottom he drove up to make sure he truly had say no to us going to the summit (it was 30 degrees with 45 kt winds) he and his crew opened the lift for 2 hours the next day so we could still get our summit pictures and they all had smiles on their faces. Truly every staff member had an impact in making our day more than we could of dreamed for! Overall, Hunter Mountain Resort provided an exceptional experience and incredible value, and I would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding”

“The Villa Roma truly offers a fully customizable bridal package. We were allowed to bring our own decor as well as borrow some too. You have several choices on ceremony locations. The Villas are a bit outdated and we had some plumbing issues, however maintenance was quick to respond. The reception hall is very nice and large, you can fit 100 people no problem. Again, fully customizing settings, decor and table placements. Cheryl is the events coordinator for the entire resort. Since she is in charge of all the events, she definitely has a full plate. If you are looking for a day of coordinator that can walk you through each second of the day, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to hire outside the Villa. If you are a type A planner, it would be my recommendation that you frequently email and coordinator with the team at the Villa. Cheryl was very accommodating and even moved our ceremony location an hour before starting, due to concerns with the weather. Alicia, who is the head bartender, stepped in and helped decorate, helped direct staff during the wedding day and she made the best signature drinks ever! She even popped in at our after party for more congrats! If you’re organized and know what you want, the possibilities are endless here. The views are beautiful, the food fantastic and the wait staff very helpful. I would recommend this venue.”
