We held our wedding reception at Bakery 1818. First of all, we arrived TWO hours late and despite the fact that they were preparing to take lunch, they jumped in to help us unload the car. (Important note: when they remind you that you should eat on your wedding day, it’s not a joke!) This is a small, but phenomenal team! Every thought I shared about my vision, every detail explained (even briefly) was executed. They coordinated EVERY detail. I was in make up for over one hour and when I came downstairs, the venue was SET! All of my boxes were unpacked and all of the supplies and decorations were in place. I am very Type A and constantly have thoughts swimming through my head. This day, it was exceptionally true and, probably, annoyingly so. I was only met with smiles in every inquiry. My family is still talking about how amazing the venue was and how much fun they had… Listen, if you want to reduce your stress level, and you should, because wedding planning is h a r d, BOOK IT. Do it. It reduces your workload significantly and, I promise, there’s still plenty for you to do. Like enjoy your wedding!

Bella Collina is absolutely amazing! I have nothing but great things to say about this venue and the people who run it. From the first moment I stumbled upon Bella I knew it was going to be the one. Being an out of state bride it was important to me to find something that was all inclusive. The entire experience from day one was stress free. Erin was so helpful and was always available to answer any and all questions. Getting to sit down for the day of interviews and meet all our vendors was phenomenal. All my vendors were awesome! From Culinary Visions, Bake me happy, Soft touch flowers, DJ creativity and Brian Anthony Photography, they all helped to make my wedding everything I could have hoped for. The day of crew was so amazing. Kara and Ma were the best. They helped alleviate any stress I had and made the day run seamlessly. All my guests were so impressed with our wedding and have not stop talking about our wedding! I highly recommend booking with Bella!

The Longhouse was the perfect venue for our wedding day. Anna, the coordinator, was incredibly responsive and helpful, even when we had questions late at night. For the price, the venue was above and beyond - the space was beautiful and the team went out of their way to make our day special. The coordinator lit all of our candles, which was such a nice touch, and anytime she heard us pondering what to do, she would jump in with great advice. The only downside was the time limit of 9 hours, but the team was so accommodating that I can't complain when the overall price was so reasonable. My dog was even able to join us, which made the day even more perfect. Overall, I had a really great experience at The Longhouse and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a stunning wedding venue with exceptional service.

Boxcar Bar Arcade provided a beautiful and unique space for our wedding, but the communication leading up to the event was a real challenge. The lack of an on-site event coordinator led to some miscommunication and confusion during the planning process, especially around the bar and bartending services. However, the on-site staff were quick to resolve any issues that came up and ensure our guests had a fun and memorable time in the vibrant, arcade-themed atmosphere. Overall, Boxcar Bar Arcade offered great value for the space, but couples should be prepared to take a more hands-on approach to planning and coordinating with the venue. Highly recommended bringing day of coordinator service at this venue

Red Oak Events hosted an event for me with about 60 guests at their Hummin’ Bird Hall. It was so much fun because it was such a unique venue. Walking through the gardens, seeing the art gallery, going out on the balcony terrace, so much more than just a ballroom. I LOVE THE BARN AT REYNOLDA in Winston Salem! I'm a wedding photographer and I have shot multiple weddings and events at the Barn at Reynolda, and they have always been amazing to work with. They are kind, make sure that everyone is taken care of and that everything is running smoothly. From a photography standpoint, the fact that the entire barn interior is white makes for the most stunning photos. Brides and grooms can take portraits both inside and out, and I love the bar in the silo during cocktail hour. Where do I start? As a wedding planner, this is one of my favorite venues. From the ceremony site that overlooks the pound to the breath take arch you have for photos. I love this place. Your guest will feel like they're out in the middle of fields!!! Now let's talk table all the space inside the venue. They have such a great space. You can have a fully seated dinner and room for a great dance floor ao your guest can dance. night away! I hope to see you soon at the venue for your wedding!

We had an amazing experience hosting our wedding at The Barn at Blue Rock Farm. From the very beginning, Elizabeth was in constant communication with us, ensuring that every detail was accounted for. The venue itself is an intimate setting with a beautiful outdoor area, making it an affordable option for couples looking for a unique and picturesque location. While there is no air conditioning, the venue has plenty of fans that kept us cool and comfortable throughout the event. One of our favorite things about working with The Barn at Blue Rock Farm was the flexibility they offered - we were able to bring in our own catering, beverage service, and decorator, which allowed us to personalize the day exactly how we wanted. Elizabeth was also incredibly accommodating, jumping in to help with our day-of coordinator services at the last minute when we needed her. The pricing was reasonable, and the expectations were well communicated from the start, making the entire planning process a breeze. We highly recommend The Barn at Blue Rock Farm to any couple looking for a beautiful, customizable, and affordable wedding venue about one hour away from Raleigh.

When searching for a venue to host my son's rehearsal dinner I stumbled across The Carolina Estate online. I reached out to the venue and was delighted to learn I was speaking directly with Mrs. Sheila, the venue owner. From the first phone call, I immediately felt such a connection to her and her sincere kindness. I was coming from 4 hours away to have the dinner here and had no idea where to begin with catering or anything else. She was kind enough to send me a vendors list and even put me in contact with a local catering service. She never minded me calling or emailing her with questions and was always available and very knowledgeable. She sent me pics of the Opal room, which is just one of the many rooms they have available and I immediately knew that it was exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived she had the tables arranged as we had discussed and I must say the place blew me away with all of its beauty. It is located on a picturesque landscape with with a beautiful view of a large pond. The room I rented was very adequate for a rehearsal dinner and could accommodate 60 people easily. The ceiling is decorated with beautiful twinkling led lights that are breathtaking at night. The facility is immaculate. Very easy access. It was just perfect and so was the package pricing (very good pricing for such an amazing venue). I am still getting compliments about the dinner and everyone was so impressed with everything about it. If you are looking for a beautiful venue either for your wedding, reception, rehearsal dinner or any other occasion please give The Carolina Estate a chance, you won't be disappointed! Thank you for making our Night Before be something we will remember forever!

The BEST wedding venue for the views and for the staff! If you want a gorgeous wedding venue with picturesque scenery, feeling like you are so remote, but only 20 minutes from downtown durham, and the best team to support you, then Carolina Grove is your venue! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have done it without the support of the Carolina Grove Team. From the day we did our tour with Melissa we were blown away with the customer experience. We were then paired with Kate as a coordinator and she is absolutely one of the best human beings and made sure everything the day of ran smoothly. We love the Carolina Grove and we loved watching our guests fall in love with it too. 10/10! P.S. Definitely take fun photos in the vault, we love ours!

Beautiful venue, great service, and exactly what we needed for our big day. If you are like me and have your heart set on an outdoor wedding, this is absolutely the way to go to have a built-in backup plan! Sure enough, it rained through almost our entire reception, but we were able to still be outside and under cover in the arena, where we ended up doing everything from the ceremony to dinner to dancing. We wish we could have used the venue as originally planned (with the ceremony under the beautiful oak tree and dancing on the patio in front of the new outdoor fireplace) but I was so happy to not have to move things completely inside, which we would have had to do at other venues. On top of that, Julia and her husband were great to work with throughout the whole process, they provided and offered a lot of what we needed from tables and chairs to decor, the bridal suite and groom’s suite were wonderful comfortable places to get ready, and the horses added just the right fairytale touch.
