The Cracker Factory is a renovated industrial factory in Geneva, New York. This 65,000 square foot factory houses The Cracker Factory, 3Stories non-for-profit, and Miles and May Furniture Works. The Cracker Factory building, built in the early 1900s, was first home to Geneva Forge, a cutlery manufacturer. In 2007, Miles and May Furniture Works moved their production to the first story and began renovations on the previously unoccupied building. Since 2010, the second-floor gallery space has been in use for art shows, concerts, and events.

On The Hill Events is a newly built barn style venue, nestled into a beautiful string light lit, wooded, private location in Tioga County, Pa. This large venue can host up to 350 guests comfortably and can accommodate for all weather conditions. The 6,600 square ft main floor offers a well-lit, but dimmable space, heated concrete floors and a large ash wood dance floor. Above the dance floor is a loft for musicians or DJs. The beautiful live edge bar area includes everything you'll need except the booze and the bar tender. It has a two keg kegerator with built in wall mount taps and an icemaker. The spacious, full service kitchen has everything but the caterer and the lease includes all tables and chairs. Upstairs is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom loft with central air.
