The Venue at Bonita Canyon stands out because it was designed to host you, your family and friends for the entire weekend. From rehearsal dinner on Friday to check out on Sunday, we have you covered! Our lodging options allow for a “destination” gathering place! You’ll find a beautiful and inviting space for rehearsal dinner and cocktail hour separate from our large capacity venue building. The venue will be able to accommodate any size wedding; large or small. A beautiful outdoor ceremony surrounded by gorgeous trees will make for a stunning and intimate location for your vows. We have day rates as well. And you're welcome to add on lodging as well. We are here to make your day perfect!

As a small boutique hotel, overnight guest rooms can be added to any package! This makes day of preparations a breeze when everyone is in one place - no can be late or get lost! A private breakfast is included each morning for everyone staying and our Grand Hall makes the perfect gathering spot for your famly and friends to get aquainted over the weekend!

Built-in 1925, in the grand architectural style of Beaux-Arts Classical Revival, the Simon Theatre provided a splendid setting for many theatrical performances, film screenings and ballroom dances. The James Simon family commissioned Houston architect Alfred C. Finn, whose career included designing a number of prominent Houston buildings as well as the San Jacinto Monument, to design the theatre for the community of Brenham. Today, after a meticulous million-plus dollar renovation, the glamour and grand style lives on for future generations in the newly named Barnhill Center at Historic Simon Theatre. Angel Mountain Events is a beautiful hilltop venue, surrounded by the lost pines in Bastrop, Texas. Located approximately 30 minutes from Austin and just a short drive from the Houston area, we are the perfect location to meet family and friends for your special celebration. Having throughout my life a heart for restoration, I couldn’t help myself when I discovered this property. It had been neglected for years but I could see its potential and its location was perfect. It was tucked just far enough out of the city to feel the serenity of country but not so far out that it was a trip to get there. It had the perfect charm for a wedding venue with its 100 year old house with a wrap around porch surrounded by 100 year old oak trees and the old barn. We designed our venue as an all-inclusive host to your wedding to enable you as a couple and your families to enjoy the celebration while making lasting, precious memories.
