Moments by Danielle Nicole is a light and airy photographer and videographer, serving brides in South Dakota, Minnesota, and open to travel to beautiful destination locations. MBDN leans towards a luxury wedding photographer and fine art type of editing style.

We hired Danielle for our wedding after our original photo/video team cancelled on us 6 months out. As stressful as it was, I’m so glad that happened because Danielle is AMAZING. She is truly one of the sweetest people I have ever met and her light and airy photos are stunning. She is very professional and organized. She loves what she does and it shows through her work. We all know posing for pictures is awkward sometimes, but Danielle made us and our bridal party feel comfortable on the wedding day and it shows in the photos just how much fun we had with her. Danielle actually lives in SD about 45 minutes from my husband and I and we have already discussed that she will be our go to photographer for all our future photo needs. Her prices are beyond reasonable for everything included in her packages. We actually got the same amount of coverage as the original team we hired, but for about 1500 less which is huge when planning a wedding! If you’re looking for a photo/video team reach out to Danielle, you won’t be disappointed!

I have been a photographer for 8 years. Throughout my time as a photographer I’ve captured clothing, models, and memories. I shifted from corporate shootings to families and weddings because it gave me this warm fuzzy feeling when I edited my couples and families photos. Don’t be afraid to reach out to me and ask about my photography style, my editing style, or my favorite restaurant! I highly recommend scheduling a free consulting session!

Grace is an amazing photographer! If I could give her 10 stars I absolutely would. She was amazing working with both of our crazy families and from the very beginning I knew that she’d do a great job capturing the special moments of our special day. She worked with everyone and did a great job explaining what everyone needed to do to get a perfect shot. She also was absolutely wonderful with our 2 year old son who would’ve climbed in the car and went home with her if he could. If I could do it all over again I would definitely always pick Grace to shoot our wedding! She was an amazing addition to the day and we are so thankful that we found her.

Milkweed Moments

5.0

  • Fine art style
  • Starts at $2,600

Homeschoolin, Home birthin, and Holistic mama that loves to capture Life and Love in it's truest moments and forms. My business has been a decade in the making from falling in love with photography in high school, to now... My love for Milkweed and my time spent living in Iowa has inspired my business name. I used to live near a conservation center with fields of milkweed. My children and I spent many days enjoying this haven of beauty and were blessed to see thousands of Monarch butterflies migrate to the Milkweed. I realize how fleeting these moments are and would love to capture your story!

So easy to work with and professional! My labor went very quickly so photos were in the immediate postpartum. I love how each detail was captured so intimately to tell the story, so I can look back on those moments. She respected the environment and helped in any way to make sure I felt cared for-above and beyond being a photographer. We also did some newborn/family photos a few days later and she was very patient with my full of energy toddler, all while capturing the sweet details of our newborn. All of the photos are beautiful!! When I asked for a few edits to the gallery it was done and updated for me quickly.

Hi! I'm Taylor a Georgia based Wedding photographer, mommy, and cheesecake lover. Obsessed with: Family, Naps, and good books. I’ve been keeping it real since 1997. I started my business when I was just 17 years old. Since then I have turned that small hobby into a full time career photographing beautiful couples love stories. Throughout my 8 years in business, I have been lucky enough to photograph over 200 weddings throughout Georgia and the other southern states.

Over the last couple of years, I have had the pleasure of working with Taylor Faith Photo Co., and I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had. Taylor not only possesses exceptional talent behind the lens but also excels as a mentor in the world of photography. It is evident that she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise. She patiently guided me through the intricacies of perfecting manual settings, offering invaluable insights and practical tips along the way. Her teaching style was clear, concise, and tailored to my individual learning needs. What truly sets Taylor apart is her willingness to go above and beyond in nurturing aspiring photographers. Not only did she impart technical skills, but she also graciously allowed me to tag along on various shoots, providing firsthand experience and invaluable opportunities to observe her creative process in action. She fostered a supportive and inclusive environment where questions were encouraged. Whether you're a beginner looking to hone your skills or an experienced photographer seeking inspiration, I highly recommend Taylor Faith Photo Co.

Silvia Gilbert Photography

I am a caffeine addict who never sleeps. I love a good thunderstorm and playing Candy Crush for the brain breaks. I adore all kinds of dogs, but I have a special love for German Shepherds. My all-time favorite thing is to sit by the fire with a glass of good cabernet or watch the ocean waves hit the beach. I love to garden and to build things (but I let my husband to finish all my projects LOL). I enjoy good food and will likely refer to a stand up comedy routine at least once in a conversation. I am also a football mom, lacrosse mom and basketball mom. Wife to a very understanding husband and emotional support person for my big puppies.

I’ve worked several weddings with Silvia and she has been nothing short of amazing! Nothing thrown at her would take the smile away! Nothing is a big deal and everything has a solution!

We feel so lucky to have found Andrew as our wedding photographer. He has an incredible eye for the editorial style and makes his photos into works of art with golden light and chiaroscuro. So many photographers just rely on their high-res equipment but don't offer anything more--I don't want a macro shot of every pore or line on my face like an owl in a tree at 100 yards, I want to have a sense of magic and beauty in every photo. Andrew actually does that. I almost cried when I saw our first look photos because I don't feel very confident being photographed and I finally had dozens of photos of myself and my husband that I want to share with friends immediately and cherish forever. He delivered the first look so fast, even though I know he was busy working another wedding; I thought for sure we would have to wait longer. The wedding package we chose included very nice touches like polaroids so we had something in hand at the end of the wedding day itself, too. It was very thoughtful and left us feeling good about the whole experience right away. He was very personal and nice to work with, but not intrusive, and went with the little schedule changes we had, and was open to suggestions while we took post-ceremony photos around the city. I couldn't be happier with our experience with him and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a real artist for their wedding photography.

A Charleston Wedding Photographer with a fierce love for storytelling, fostering memories and capturing those moments that you will want to treasure forever. I get to tell your story. And, I think that’s pretty cool. I love traveling everywhere and anywhere, talking with my hands, buying plants (and attempting to keep them alive), and spending as much time as I can with my loved ones. I have lived in Boston, Paris, and New York City, and am now lucky enough to call Charleston home, while also still traveling the world for my clients. You can usually find me on my back porch in downtown Charleston, right next to my favorite little park.

tldr: Jessica is amazing and I don’t think you can go wrong with her if this is the style of photos you like I had a lot of difficulty picking a photographer as I’m pretty picky with photos. I knew I wanted something bright and light, with kind of a whimsical or ethereal vibe, but it was really hard finding the style until I came across the “fine art” style. Jessica’s name came up while researching this style and I decided to reach out to her among a few other fine art photographers. I definitely hoped talks would go well with Jessica as the others I contacted ended up either not responding or were wildly out of my budget. Pre-Planning: Jessica was wonderful throughout this process. She promptly responded to my emails and answered questions clearly. I never felt like I was left in the dark for any part of the process. When I sent her the timeline of the ceremony/reception, she quickly came up with a timeline to slot in all the photos to be taken ahead of time at the location (We had access to the venue for a little over an hour prior to the ceremony). She also asked for a list of family photos that we wanted to take. This made it very easy at the wedding as she could call out people’s name to make sure everyone that was supposed to be in the pictures, were in the pictures. Jessica also sent over a list of ideas for detail shots and explained she could do this ahead of time. We didn’t want extra pictures of these and decided against it, however, I still thought it was very thoughtful of her to offer. Wedding Day: I loved her energy at the wedding. She was very calm and felt very competent. She directed my husband and I throughout the pictures, showing us poses etc. During family and wedding party photos, even though we had many bodies to fit in the frame in quite a few pictures, she led us through them with ease and the entire experience was very stress free (or as stress free as can be at a wedding lol). The venue was quite dim at specific locations, but the final results did not reflect that at all. The pictures were bright and did not look like they were taken in the dark at all. (This is a little off topic but I loved the little apron with pockets she wore for her equipment. So cute) I’m not sure when Jessica had the time, but there were pictures around the venue which were so beautiful. I definitely feel like the day was captured through the pictures. Post Wedding: Jessica sent us a sneak peak 2 days after the wedding containing 23 pictures. They turned out great and were beautiful. You can see examples on her website so I won’t elaborate, but they really are that good. The full gallery was sent almost a month after the wedding (minus 2 days) with instructions on purchasing prints or an album attached. The full download contained 650ish files, including the sneak peek pictures. Half of which were black and white, so this matched up pretty perfectly with Jessica’s estimation of the amount of photos when we spoke in the pre-planning stage.
