Killa Bites was born out of adversity and has grown into an amazing adventure! When Laura's husband was diagnosed with ALS in 2011, Laura knew she would need to one day support her family. While Laura has an engineering degree and an MBA, returning to the corporate world was not practical given her husband's needs. After contemplating many ideas, in October of 2013, Laura found a friend, Donna, to go on the adventure with her, and Killa Bites was launched!

Knowing we’ve mastered the essence of BBQ, we are able to then direct our focus onto the meal itself by utilizing high quality meats and care in preparation, creating flavorful and tender meats that melt in your mouth. Although the primary focus is on the meats, the sides also play a very important role in the experience. Our fresh-made sides and crisp vegetables, with no artificial flavors or coloring, are made with the upmost care to help highlight your meal.

The Mobile Scoop Shop serves up hand-scooped frozen goodness from an attractive visual display cart, our Tuxedo ("Tux") service van, or our re-purposed 1981 fire rescue truck ("Que). Friendly staff scoop to your guests flavors of your choosing: Vegan Sorbets and Ice Creams in Bowls and Sugar Cones. Add , cookies for hand-built ice cream sandwiches, Sundae Bars, Draft-style Root Beer Floats and/or Affogatos for something extra special. It all spells fun memories in a way your guests will love. Amy Tidwell is an artist who specializes in custom cookie decorating. Before opening PaisLee’s Sweet Treats she perfected her baking and piping techniques. This solidified her skill sets and fed her passion for eventually creating a business of her own.
