“We were on a strict budget for our wedding. I knew that florals would be the best way to save on some of the huge wedding costs. I found out about Flower Moxie from googling where I would get wholesale flowers. I was immediately hooked once I saw the flower options, tutorials, and worksheets to help plan out my special day. I am very big on organization, and this website had resources for every step of the way. I found the perfect combination of flowers for my boho wedding. I ordered the flowers about 2 months before our big day. It was a destination wedding, so I was checking into our airbnb on the day the flowers were arriving. I had them scheduled to be delivered at the Fedex holding center near by. I thought the company only used Fedex shipping based on my research. I went into full panic mode when I saw the flowers had been shipped by UPS. I immediately called UPS and Fedex, and to be honest I was stunned at the behavior on the other side of the phone. The flowers were still in transit, and no one would help me with rerouting. I called Flower Moxie to see if they could change things on their side as they were the sender. Luis answered the phone and it felt like I finally had someone looking out for me. I had already spent 4 hours on the phone with the shipping companies and gotten nowhere. Luis said he was on it and not to worry. I ordered enough flowers for 18 centerpieces, 70 bud vases, 8 bouquets, and 1 flower arch. Needless to say, it was quite the ordeal to reroute everything. Over the next 48 hours, Luis kept in constant contact with me about the progress of the shipment. I know I was on the phone for at least 6 hours with this ordeal, and I wouldn't be surprised if he had spent about 15 hours talking to UPS, Fedex, florists, and customs to get me my flowers. He made me feel calm and taken care of. Everyone was coming to me with questions and concerns the entire wedding week, and I can't express how it felt to have someone have my back, and take an extremely big tasks off my plate. I would absolutely recommend this company for DIY brides. And I hope this review is seen by Flower Moxie to highlight an outstanding employee with excellent customer service. In an age when it takes time and multiple attempts in order to talk to a person on the phone, I am so appreciative of the effort that was given by Luis for my wedding day. He made me feel like it was an important event for him too. Thank you Luis for making my wedding dreams come true! My sister also mentioned you in her MOH wedding speech. We were all impressed :)”

“When I was looking for floral vendors for my July 2024 wedding in Block Island, I came across Ayla’s Instagram, and I knew immediately I had to work with her. I fell in love with the whimsical, natural, English-garden vibe of her florals, and I just thought she was the coolest person. From the first conversation we had, it felt like she “got” me, suggesting flowers, designs, and concepts better than I could possibly articulate myself. She was incredibly thoughtful putting together multiple proposals that fit our vision and our budget. The entire planning process couldn’t have been easier because of how sweet, communicative, and easy Ayla was to work with. Cut to the wedding day, and I was honestly speechless seeing her work come to life in our tent. Ayla is an ARTIST. She created a gorgeous 65 ft table runner for our head table that was so dreamy I still think about it. “Julian FAR exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, they hit the proposal out of the park, perfectly nailing our vision for the big day in a clean and clear format. Julian was super responsive to our emails, which was reassuring living on the west coast and traveling to RI for the wedding. The price was super reasonable, and Julian lined up a rental for the floral stands we needed for the ceremony, which was so helpful not being local. And on the big day. Holy smokes, my bridal bouquet was everything I dreamed of and more!! Our wedding day was super hot, and Julian did everything in their power to keep the flowers looking fresh, even tweaking the bouquet and boutonnière as the day went on to remove some of the pieces that wilted. I am a wedding photographer and we gave her minimal guidance like "neutrals and not too tight" haha but even with limited instructions, she NAILED it!
