Midsummer Flowers is a floral design studio based in North Central Massachusetts. We specialize in creating one-of-a-kind floral designs for weddings and other celebrations and events, by combining the perfect balance of timeless romance and garden-inspired whimsy.

Tracy, lead designer and owner of Midsummer Flowers, brings over a decade's worth of floral knowledge and expertise, having served as the Wedding Coordinator (2013-2015) at another popular flower shop in the Northern New England area. From spring to autumn, we grow and harvest many of our own flowers and plants directly from our 300-year-old homestead property. For other farm-fresh floral products, we source flowers from several local flower farms and wholesalers.

I was lucky to find Tracy and her company @midsummerflowers - she provided the most beautiful flowers for our February wedding! Tracy/Midsummer Flowers was the best vendor we had to work with. She was so patient, kind, and knew so much about flowers, which was a wonderful experience for us. SHe was just as excited about the flowers as we were! She worked with our budget and made things happen for us. Prior to working with Tracy, we couldn't tell the difference between a weed and a rose and she really helped us through the process as we had no idea what to expect. When she tells you that she'll be with every step of the way, she truly means it. SHe even added little flower accents to areas that we hadn't' discussed about, but were so excited and pleased to see. We highly recommend using Tracy/Midsummer for wedding flowers.

We are a non-profit that works to support our local Veterans and Service Members. Tracy and her team graciously worked with us to provide centerpieces and statement pieces for our annual Holiday Gala fundraiser. The centerpieces were more popular than any of our raffles or auction items, several people have already asked if we will be having them again! We can't wait to see what she comes up with next year! We can't recommend Midsummer Flowers for any event!

Midsummer Flowers currently and excitingly serves weddings and events in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and Rhode Island. There is a delivery and setup fee starting at $500 and up, depending on mileage to/from venue, the amount of on-site work that is required to fully execute the final floral vision etc.

Midsummer Flowers has a starting minimum of $3,500* for full-service floral design. *Delivery, setup and sales tax not included in this total since delivery and set up fees can vary from event to event. These fees are calculated prior to the event and agreed upon between client(s) and Midsummer Flowers.

Like most wedding details, planning your florals can take months - so much to think about! A good place to start is with a color palette and with your permission, I can take it from there. From our initial contact, on-going communication throughout the entire planning process, a personalized floral design guide, budget proposal, and everything in between, floral orders and details are typically "confirmed" approximately 6 months prior to the wedding date. About a month prior to the date, floral designers will check in to confirm the order, this time with an emphasis on the number of guest tables, any additional floral elements, etc.

The first thing to expect is to be happy - we're talking about wedding flowers, YAY!!! Consultations are typically 1 hour - possibly longer if you get Tracy going on about gardening or the possibility that you could be a long-lost relative (true story!) During our consultation time, we'll discuss your vision, from start to finish, as well as share any or all inspiration photos, videos, fabrics, beloved vintage items or whichever that you may have and would like to be a part in the wedding, etc. We'll chat, we'll laugh, we'll all learn something new. A floral design guide with an estimated total with be emailed following the consultation.
