Facilities and Capacity When it comes to capacity and entertaining guests, Endicott Estate exemplifies this. With the ability to host up to 200 guests indoors, couples can be sure there will be enough room for a momentous celebration. The mansion itself sits on over 18 acres of pristine land. With gorgeous open floor plans and the flexibility of having a ceremony indoors or out, coupled with vintage beauty, Endicott Estate will deliver an extraordinary event.

Once a colonial farmstead known as Cherry Hill Farm, the Bradley Estate was transformed in 1902 into a classic country estate. Dr. Arthur Tracey Cabot hired noted Architect Charles Platt to design a great house, landscaped grounds, and a complex of farm and estate buildings. Platt adorned the lovely natural setting with manicured lawns, a walled garden, and a brick-edged parterre garden. In 1945, Cabot's niece Eleanor Cabot Bradley acquired Cherry Hill Farm and lived there with her husband until its bequest to The Trustees of Reservations in 1991. Mrs. Bradley made some notable additions to the property, including a greenhouse and a studio. Today, the Bradley Estate is open to the public and the house and grounds host special occasions for both private and corporate clients.
