Food and beverage items, including barware, china, glassware, flatware and linens are also offered. Dyck Arboretum of the Plains in central Kansas is an ideal location for your outdoor wedding ceremony and outdoor/indoor wedding reception. Our gorgeous prairie landscape provides multiple locations for wedding ceremonies and beautiful backdrops for wedding photos. Our two rental facilities provide beautiful spaces for a reception or indoor ceremony at competitive rates.

Our venue offers an all wood Amish barn, tucked back in the trees, next to Emma creek. The numerous mature trees, multiple flower beds and 2 fire pits offer a wonderful outdoor atmosphere! The barn features a kitchen, a bar, men’s and women’s restrooms, a loft, a covered deck and a large area for dining and dancing. The barn can hold up to 200 people and has the option for an indoor ceremony, should the need arise. The outdoor space features a limestone stage for a ceremony, plenty of space for yard games, an outdoor dinner, outdoor dancing or hanging out by the fire pits. The outdoor party lighting provides a great atmosphere after dark. We have two parking areas, 1 large lot for guests and a smaller area for the wedding party and handicap parking.  Included in all packages: Chairs and tables for 200 people, bar stools, cocktail tables, wooden spools, arbors and use of the fire pits. We recently added a beautiful 3 bedroom log cabin available with our wedding packages!
