The Barns at Edgemont Inn consists of a 4400-square-foot custom-built event barn which, together with the historic Edgemont Inn and on-site lodging, sits on 20 acres of verdant hillside in the scenic Champlain Valley. Lodging that accommodates up to 23 people. The surrounding acreage contains a sweep of peaceful farmland and hardwood forest, etched by an old-fashioned stone fence. Views from the property extend out over Lake Champlain to the spectacular Green Mountains on the lake's eastern shore, and provide abundant photo opportunities and memories.

“We got married here back in October and we can’t recommend it enough. Great location, plenty of parking, bridal suite right on-site and beautiful views. The owner (Ceci) and manager (Denise) were amazing and were so helpful the entire way through. All our expectations were met and then some. If your planning a wedding in upstate ny and want a intimate, rustic space this venue is for you!”

“Birch Hill was the best venue for us! From day 1 the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We really didn't have many ideas to start and didn't know where to start but Jessica was a HUGE help to us. She was patient and used her experience to help guide us but making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When Jessica was unavailable, other staff member (Joanne, Sarah, etc.) quickly and willingly stepped in to give us a hand. On the day of, it couldn't have gone any smoother. All of the staff (Jessica, Rebecca, Will, Serena, etc.) were extremely helpful making sure we got where we needed, things were in place, food and drinks were served to us, etc. I cant even list everything that have done for us! The space is large and able to fit our 10 piece band, 175 guests with 16 tables, plus a sweetheart table without feeling crammed.”
