The Mansion at Bald Hill is a historic, private mansion that serves as a premier wedding venue, gourmet restaurant and B&B in South Woodstock, Connecticut. We have two banquet rooms. The larger of the two, the Berkshire room, has a capacity of 100-350 (minimum of 150 on a Saturday and 100 on any other day of the week). The smaller of the two, the Westfield room, has a capacity of 50-150 people (minimum of 100 people on a Saturday and 50 any other day of the week). Hyland Orchard is a magical spot to say 'I Do'! The experience begins with a wagon ride whisking your guests to the perfect spot atop the Orchard of over a thousand apple trees, with views of three neighboring towns. After the Ceremony, is the Pavilion Reception. The Pavilion has sliding walls- which means your 'outdoor' wedding is rainproof!
