32 West Eighth is housed in one of the most architecturally distinguished buildings in Erie. Original woodwork, plaster-relief ceilings, and marble-blocked corridors provide a truly unique venue for your special day. The Grand Ballroom opens up to two-story tall columns which draw your eye to the festive plaster relief ceiling. Front is the stage where you can dine with a view of the festivities. The Ballroom's floor is a suspended hardwood that allows you to dance the night away! While larger than the Grand Ballroom, Arcadia gives a more intimate feel with a lower ceiling and stone columns with flickering "candles". The Peacock Fountain and Fireplace add a quaint, old-world charm to the space and is perfect for themed events. The Lodge Room is perfect for wedding ceremonies – its spacious floor and stately columns add an air of elegance to your wedding… and with your entrance down the staircase your guests and partner left in awe!

Our mansion would cost upwards of $50K to rent in the coastal cities, but we are proud to offer it an extremely affordable rate that will fit nearly every budget. The Yellow House is a historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 acres of farmland. The house is a regional favorite when our field of sunflowers blooms in late August and early September. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse as well as the expansive grounds.
