“From the moment I reached out to Chris, with Serious Soundz DJ service, just for a quote it was obvious that he was a professional who had experience in the wedding industry. I had already had issues with wedding vendors being slow to respond but Chris got back to me immediately, scheduled a time to talk, answered any questions I had and offered information that I didn’t know to ask. His pricing is very fair, and I did compare to some other DJs before selecting him. Chris offered to connect us with other experienced wedding vendors and provided input throughout the process based on his years of experience but was willing to adjust and work with whatever ideas we had. On the day of my daughter’s wedding, he arrived a little early, got set up and did everything to reassure us that it would all be handled. He fielded some guest concerns and came to us with solutions if there were minor glitches (none were even related to DJ services). We took advantage of both and were so happy we did! On the day of the event, Doug took the role of MC and walking around the room to get pictures of people/get everyone involved and Andrew took on the role of primary DJ. OPOV Band is a well established band in business since 2014. We are currently an 10 piece band and 1 sound engineer. Our instruments are Drums, Bass, Keys, Guitar, Trumpet, Trombone, and Saxophone. We currently have 1 male vocalist and 2 female vocals. We do have the ability to add instruments and vocals upon client request. All of our musicians are experienced, professional, and seasoned. We enjoy playing good music covering various genres such as Motown, R&B, Soul, Pop, Classic Rock, and Rock 'n' Roll.
