The Marr family bought Marsgate in 2010 and since then it has been the site of many unforgettable get-togethers with loved ones. The Marrs' dream was to create an event venue that offered a luxurious and convenient venue complemented by amiable hospitality. Inside the mansion, couples and their guests will encounter classic architectural details accented by numerous amenities and stylish furniture. With 12 fireplaces, 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, lofty ceilings, and more, the mansion's sense of grandeur can be felt from the moment of arrival. The Lodge at Lake Martin is a luxury lakeview resort nestled in 16 acres of woods. The outdoor space includes marked and lit trails, grill areas, picnic tables and benches, fire pits and even a hot tub! There are multiple places to hold your ceremony. The indoor space is absolutely stunning, with enough space for up to 35 guests to overnight and up to 100 for your event.
