NorthRiver Yacht Club

With over 10,000 sq. ft. of indoor event space, the Yacht Club is our largest building space. The building is decorated in formal blacks and golds with wrought iron, stained glass, and a blend of nautical art pieces. Option to rent out the whole building or one floor.

Tucked between the Grand Salon and Ship's Bar.

As one of our most popular rooms in the entire club, the Ship's Bar features a huge, rounded bar with a 10 ft. tall model ship at its centerpiece, a replica made of the sailing ship used in the 1962 film, "Mutiny on the Bounty." This beautiful space also features raised ceilings and a full wall of Victorian stained glass.

Often utilized as a bridal dressing suite for weddings, this room accommodates hair and makeup artist setups and seating for bridal party.

The terrace features one large portion making up most of its size but also continues in a wrap-around style to the back side of the building. Perfect for ceremonies, tented affairs, cocktail hours, and more. Views offer the perfect first-look backdrop.

For smaller groups or larger parties to utilize before moving into the adjoining Crystal Room or Mountbatten Room. Featuring a grand staircase, an outdoor terrace, and direct access to the Pub Bar, this room is the perfect spot to mingle and enjoy cocktails in. This room often holds the buffet, carving station, and wedding cakes.

Located on the lower floor of the Yacht Club Building. Features leaded crystal walls and windows on three sides of the room with sweeping views of the property and Lake Tuscaloosa. Features chandeliers, imposing archways, and a sleek stone floor. This is the perfect space for dancing during the reception. Includes a bar on the dance floor so your guests never have to leave the party.
