This Fall the Astorian proudly debuts Le Tesserae, a 20,000 square-foot indoor/outdoor private event space and rooftop bar overlooking Buffalo Bayou. Guests will be greeted by a stunning reception lobby, extensively detailed with a hand-laid mosaic floor and crown-molded ceiling, before entering the spacious ballroom, enveloped by floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing patrons to seamlessly flow between inside and outside settings. The Middleton venue is a brand new event venue that just finished building in September 2023. This cozy luxurious event center is also a historical replica of the Stewart and Wright drugstore that was once in old Katy! The Middleton venue is a cozy 1274 ft.² we do provide tables chairs for your event. Our Max occupancy is 85 people standing 65 seated. We have two wheelchair accessible bathrooms with baby changing stations in both and easy parking right next to the venue.

Willowynn Barn is located in the small town of Santa Fe Texas, 25 miles from Galveston and 30 miles south of Houston Texas. Our farmhouse wedding and event venue holds up to 250 guests and is located on 18 acres of private property with a chapel and many other outdoor ceremony sites to choose from. The Barn has an all white interior with a beautifully designed bridal suite and an amazing grooms room, each having their own private garden areas to enjoy. The Barn also has a full catering kitchen, a veranda for cocktail hour and we even have a on-site shot donkey to entertain your guests!!

Your event just got more sophisticated. When you book with Brandt 1910 you are adding historical style and class to your wedding, party, or private event. Built in 1910 by F.D. Brandt, the "Coca-Cola" building was originally constructed as a general store. Later, the building was split in two to make room for a pharmacy which complimented the nearby local doctor's office which was run by Dr. J.T. Mize, Physician, and Surgeon from 1920 - 1944. The general store, pharmacy, and doctor's office played an integral role in supporting the local commerce that was brought in by the Gulf, Colorado, and Santa Fe Railroad. In the 1960s the general store was sold and over the years played host to a number of restaurants and an antique store which was owned by Cal Ray Schluter who believed in preserving the old building for future generations. In 2022, Mr. Schluter sold the building to Joshua and Natalie DeJong with the purpose of restoring and preserving the building for its historic beauty.

Having throughout my life a heart for restoration, I couldn’t help myself when I discovered this property. It had been neglected for years but I could see its potential and its location was perfect. It was tucked just far enough out of the city to feel the serenity of country but not so far out that it was a trip to get there. It had the perfect charm for a wedding venue with its 100 year old house with a wrap around porch surrounded by 100 year old oak trees and the old barn.
