Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Carriage House was built in 1908 as part of the Watson family estate called High Gate. It was designed by Horace Trumbauer, architect of The Biltmore Estate. Your wedding will have the elegance of a by-gone era. The elements of character show through with a terra cotta roof and verdigris copper accents that are trademarks of the Tudor Revival Style architecture. The event can be held inside the Carriage House with up to 135 guests or under the high-peaked tent in the garden that can accommodate up to 260 guests.

The Ellis House is a reimagined boutique Venue and Event space located in Fairmont, WV. We offer an 18 person guest house, ceremony space, large brick patio cocktail area, a 5,000 Square Foot event space, as well as 2 getting ready spaces. Booking Now Open For Spring of 2024. The Barn at Maple Falls is a countryside haven surrounded by scenic natural vistas, water features, and luscious green lawns. Your guests can enjoy a welcome cocktail in the open air while you and your wedding party prepare in comfort in the getready rooms. Your heartfelt ceremony can take place outdoors under the delightful covered bridge, which provides a natural backdrop for your vows. Alternatively, theater-style seating can be laid out on the lawn in front of the pond and water feature, which offers a serene setting for your nuptial commitment. Afterward, a relaxed cocktail hour can be held in the lower barn and the adjacent outdoor area. The upper floor of the barn offers 3,500 square feet of event space that when combined with our patio tent, can accommodate up to 350 seated guests. For larger celebrations, parties can be split across the two-story barn and the patio can be converted to accommodate additional seating.

At this unique wedding venue, Stonehenge presents guests with the stunning scenic surroundings for an outdoor wedding. From the veranda, which runs the full length of the building, there is a spectacular view of a grove of majestic pines that line the fresh water pond and professionally landscaped terraces where guests may gather. The Stonehenge rental facility has two great stone fire places, beautiful oak wood floors, walls and ceilings, a small bar, and kitchen.
