“I had a small wedding here and the backdrop was breathtaking. We exchanged vows in the gazebo and had the reception at the pavilion. My wife and I stay in their large guest house for a few days after the wedding and hiked down to a waterfall and a couple of caves. All the staff was kind and accommodating! “Wagon Master Ranch was absolutely amazing! We had our ceremony outside down by the pond and it was perfect , the twinkle lights and the pond fountain were such a sweet additional touch to the area ! My favorite part of the ceremony area was the handcrafted door just before I walked down the aisle ! The reception building turned out absolutely beautiful with all the decor and different sets of lighting options we had ! The bella room for the bride was gorgeous ! Such a great place to get ready in , my wedding party and I really enjoyed ourselves in such a comfortable area . Our experience at the venue was just perfect for our big day ! We had the tractor wagon to drive our wedding party around . Mr.Roger and Mrs.Debb were awesome to work with . They made us feel like we are part of the family and were so welcoming ! We even invited them to our wedding and ceremony ! They are such a fun couple !”

“When we were deciding on a venue we looked at several places in and around Knoxville we found two very common themes - barns and warehouses. While many of the locations we looked at were beautiful we wanted something fun and unique, which is how we found Zoo Knoxville. We knew that it would allow for a once in a lifetime memory for ourselves and our guests, and boy oh boy it did not disappoint. We held our ceremony in front of the elephants, the cocktail hour was in the treehouse near the gibbons, and our reception was in their event tent near Kid's Cove. The Zoo was great to work with from the beginning to the end, we had a team of coordinators to work with and they had their own catering/bar service so it was on stop shop. I can't recommend Zoo Knoxville enough if you want a unique wedding experience that your friends and family will be talking about, this venue is for you. Plus it's somewhere we can easily go back to relive all of our memories. ”

“Ancient Lore was the perfect venue for our wedding! Mallory was our event manager, and she was so kind and understanding with us! I am definitely a bride who knows what she wants (down to the smallest detail), so her understanding in executing our vision meant so much! She was willing to make exceptions and work with her team just to make sure our day was exactly what I wanted, which was greatly appreciated. I mentioned wanting to have a champagne wall for our seating chart, so they actually made one that they now rent out for other events and weddings because of my idea! We had our ceremony at the woodland terrace, cocktail hour at the axe and archery ranges (highly recommend, it’s so fun for your guests), and reception at the elf nest. Everything looked beautiful, and I could tell our guests had so much fun. The food and drinks were also incredible! All our guests raved about the carrots and meatloaf at dinner, and everyone loved the stuffed mushrooms at cocktail hour. We also had the rosemary chicken, mashed potatoes, and strawberry feta salad at dinner, which were soooo delicious, and the cream cheese stuffed jalapeños and Tennessee bruschetta at cocktail hour, which was just as tasty! I was initially worried about booking a venue that provides catering before tasting any of the food, as I’ve been to many weddings that have had horrible food, but ancient lore really delivered! The staff was also sooooo friendly and sweet to us! The only issue we ran into was some miscommunication when we did our initial virtual tour. Our tour guide had told us all of the reception sites had spaces for dancing and music, however after we booked and signed the contract, we were told otherwise. As mentioned before though, Mallory was willing to pull some strings to make sure we had exactly what we wanted on our day!”
