We began our journey in 2015 with a dusty gravel pit and vision for a new home. The gem was the stunning 30 acre crystal clear lake. After purchasing the property we found ourselves hosting church activities and work functions as people truly loved being here. Slowly, we began adding amenities to the property. In 2020 one of our daughters got engaged. As she began looking for a venue to host her wedding we came to realize that the perfect spot was right in front of us. We wanted it to be a very special place and we went to work to create a beautiful wedding venue. There are many opportunities on the property for one of a kind pictures. There are two picturesque options in front of the lake for the service and a new reception building that can seat up to 200 guests. With a 5 acre campus larger weddings can be accommodated with tent rental.

Major changes are happening in downtown Marshall as the long-vacant building at 112 N. Eagle Street transforms. The new Venue 19 Zero 9, named after Schuler’s founding year in 1909, will occupy the historic Dreamers Furniture store, blending Schuler’s legacy with modern elegance for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. The venue will feature a reception room for 250 guests, intimate seating areas, bridal quarters, large restrooms, and three boutique hotel rooms.
