Five East is located in the quaint downtown of Mooresville, Indiana. The historic building tells a story as you walk through the doors! The original hardwood floors splattered with stain from its days as a Hardware Store, to the stunning brick interior walls and spacious 15 foot high, beautiful wood ceiling. Originally built by Henry Woolery in 1930, Woolery Mill has been transformed into an industrial chic venue with modern amenities. Designated a National Historic Landmark in 2002, the mill is a former A.J. Woolery & Sons quarry with a variety of buildings, structures, and objects originally used for limestone production. The mill shut down production in 1996 and the property has been vacant since.
