Our venue can seat up to 300 people indoors. In addition, guests have the option of venturing outdoors to the beautiful paver patio with Edison lights/cocktail tables and manicured lawns which overlook our partially wooded ceremony site and 100 acres of rolling farm fields. Couples are more than welcome to utilize the outdoor space to set up games or other activities to allow your guests to spread out. There are picturesque views from every angle that change with the seasons. If you need more space for larger group events, tents could easily be set up outdoors. The possibilities are endless!

The business actually began back in 1981 with roasting a pig over an open fire in the back yard for a class reunion. Word of mouth spread of how delicious the meat was and it was quite a conversation piece. In 1999 our catering boomed, and blossomed into a banquet facility where we could catering and host beautiful weddings and events. In 2016, Cedar Grove’s owners, Kevin and Julie Claus, were sitting on the porch of Stillwater Lodge with some friends, gazing upon their 65-acre property. With 6 cabins and 2 lodges running smoothly, it was time to start planning for their next adventure. They talked about their 3 children growing up on the property, and reminisced on how so many milestones were celebrated. With all their kids growing up, they talked about them finding love and how wonderful it would be to see them married on the property where they shared so many memories. That was the day the dream began! Kevin quickly grabbed a napkin and feverishly started scribbling sketches of a large lodge that could hold all of their friends and family, celebrating the futures of their children. In true Claus fashion, they did not let this vision pass them by, and got to working on the lodge right away.

Our barn is over 100 years old and we added on a new barn onto it. Together they can seat up to 200 people for a wedding reception. We have added beautiful bistro lighting so not a lot of additional decorating is needed. You have your choice of 4 different outdoor ceremony sites. A grain bin gazebo on a stamped cement pad with bistro lighting is available to be used as a ceremony site or the setting for cocktail hour / outdoor bar. The bridal party has the admissions barn to use for wedding prep and the room on the back of our new restroom building is where the groomsmen can get ready in.

Based in Marion, OH, The Brickyard On Main is a wedding venue that offers a big-city feel on a small town budget. Once home to the likes of Kroger, Bender Liquor Supply, and Spano’s Market, this beautiful building offers historic charm and modern amenities with a splash of elegance. From the second you walk in the door, you fall in love with the exposed rafters, brick walls, original wood floors, and a limestone wall dating back to 1832. From there, you can go through our glass garage door to an incredible enclosed courtyard, complete with string lights, fire feature, and artificial turf. We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.
