Poplar Grove Floral was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very start, Sarah, the owner, was prompt in her communication, honest about any potential challenges, and completely transparent throughout the process. Her creativity and eye for color was evident in the beautiful floral arrangements she created for our ceremony and reception. When there was an issue with one of the suppliers, Sarah was upfront about it and provided us with several options to ensure the flowers were exactly what we envisioned. The end result was stunning - the flowers were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly complemented our wedding decor. Sarah's sweet demeanor and hard work truly made our vision come to life. We are so grateful to have worked with Poplar Grove Floral and highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding. She made a life-long client out of us!

Lily in Bloom

5.0

  • Starts at $500
  • Serves Stockton, IL

Hi! Thanks for stopping by. My name is Tori Bennett and I am the owner of Lily in Bloom. I opened this business in the beginning of 2022 to support my growing family. I had just recently given birth to my daughter and I wanted to be able to stay home with her. So, I quit my job and opened a business working with something I absolutely love: FLOWERS! They can play such a key role and have so much impact in people’s most important days. I love that I have the opportunity to play a part in that!

As a bride I was so nervous to trust someone with the vision of my floral arrangement for my wedding BUT LET ME TELL YOU….TORI CRUSHED! She completely understood each detail, color scheme, and florals I was going for - I still get compliments on my arrangements to this day! She’s hits it out of the park every time - 100% in my book

Something Borrowed Blooms

4.9

  • Starts at $250
  • Serves Stockton, IL

Thousands of brides across the United States and Canada have trusted Something Borrowed Blooms to provide the perfect flowers for their wedding day. We offer brides the expensive peonies, delicate ranunculus, out-of-season anemones, and the ever-impossible-to-find-magnolia — all at a fraction of the cost.

Just rent the flowers y’all - after getting multiple thousands of dollars in quotes from florists for our tiny dinner party wedding I started to look for other options. SSB had great reviews, in person or zoom consultations and a VERY helpful FB group that helped me pull the trigger even being pretty skeptical that the quality wouldn’t be there. Fast forward to the day I unboxed them and I was floored, some of the petals even FEEL REAL. Don’t know how they do it. Shipping was easy, fast and return labels were in sticker form to just pop back on. Our guests had no idea they weren’t real, especially with our low light reception it was impossible to tell. It was a breezed - we spent about 450 for 9 large centerpieces, bouquet and a few boutonnières for the guys from the Marlowe collection rather than the 2-3k quite well we’re getting from florists here in Atlanta that at the end of the day aren’t sustainable and would have looked the same (at best). Just rent the flowers y’all.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

4.8

  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Stockton, IL

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

My daughter’s wedding was last Friday and it was absolutely perfect. We ordered flowers a few weeks before the wedding and got our first box no problem. The second box with the rest of the order was coming from a different location and UPS made a mistake with our address. If made me so nervous and I thought we are not going to have time to put flowers together but luis stepped in and resolved this situation very professionally. We got our flowers the same day and I can’t thank him enough for acting quickly and being incredibly helpful all they way. All of the flowers that came in looked great. My friend getting married in a few month and I would highly recommend Moxie Flowers to him and everyone who is having a wedding or any other event. A!!!

Jen was AMAZING to work with! When it came to flowers for my wedding, I had NO IDEA what I wanted. She was very patient with me and helped talk me through my vision. She gave me flowers to pick from, talked about how big I wanted my bouquet and how much greenery I wanted, and then when I could find colors I liked in swatches, she color-matched the colors I wanted from an inspo pic I found online! She was very professional and patient with me, even when my plans changed or I needed to add to my order.  I am not the best at putting together a bouquet. I am also someone who likes control, especially when it came to planning my wedding. I was thankful that I was able to give Jen the reins, tell her what I wanted, and watch her make my dreams come true. When I first saw my flowers, I was speechless. She truly did make my floral dreams come true, and now I get to keep my bouquet for the rest of my life! A wooden flower bouquet from Jen is the way to go!

Aster and Bramble did such an amazing job with my wedding! The flowers were even more beautiful than I had hoped. Some of the flowers I had in mind were not in season, (my wedding was in February) so I chose to leave it up to the designers to pick other flowers that would go with my theme and colors. They did not disappoint!

Her authenticity and just realness and transparency is what sets her apart and something I great appreciated as an over analyzer. For example, I quoted and interviewed 7 different Chicago florists before choosing Ester's Private Garden and I would 100% book her again! From the first beautiful proposal to our continuing conversations, Miriam was able to take my color vision to life. Coming up with a colorful palette that blended summer and fall colors (a September wedding) was no easy feat but Miriam was able to execute so full! I was in awe of my flowers from my bridal bouquet to ceremony stands, and our grand staircase. Out tables were event a gradient of colors and a last add-on of incorporating fruit, she did it and did it perfectly. We got numerous compliments from our florals and many guests begged to take center pieces home. Aside from the quality of her work, she is overall a good person. So friendly, sympathized with the stress of wedding planning, and really just felt like a friend and someone on my team. I am so appreciative of her and can not recommend her enough!
