Welcome to Tank Town! An old grain elevator evolving in Lockhart, TX. The “Corn Crib” at Tank Town, was built in the 1950s to store drying ears of corn and converted into a grain elevator when flowable grain changed the industry. The “Corn Crib” is now an assembly hall adapted for weddings, parties, conventions, and more…

The Old Mill Weddings & Events Center features architectural treasures such as light grained cathedral wood ceilings and beams, beautiful stained concrete floor, elegant wrought iron staircase, a splendid rustic centerpiece chandelier and of course the Old Mill Wheel, reminiscent of the origins of Gruene Texas. Our 12,000 sq ft facility can host weddings of varying sizes, from intimate gatherings to larger groups up to 350. Many couples choose to have their ceremony under the majestic hill country oak trees.

St. John Studios is a multifunctional warehouse in North Austin suitable for production rentals, weddings, dinner parties, music performances, and other private events. This historic cotton gin, built in 1890, is located in the North San Antonio countryside.
