Hi! I'm Nicole Murphy and I'm the lead photographer of The Murphys. I’ve been fortunate enough to photograph engagement sessions and weddings in 13 different states. Throughout the years I’ve documented intimate elopement ceremonies and weddings with over 250 guests. As an artist I crave a real connection with my couples. I look for couples who are truly in love and are willing to put their trust in my vision. My photographs are often described as warm, natural, romantic, and timeless. I love to have fun and I put 110% into everything I do. I’m outgoing, talkative, silly, a little sarcastic…but most importantly I’m a mother. I LOVE photography and I got into it after having our first daughter. Like most new parents I wanted to capture everything she did. It became an obsession for me to perfect my photography, partly because I like to be the best at whatever I do and also because I wanted to have amazing pictures of my girls! I’ve had some of the worst experiences with photographers before I became one.

I am a fine art wedding photographer and wedding planner, wife, and mother to our three sweet babies! I first fell in love with photography at an early age. I became very inspired watching my father photograph weddings and capturing the authentic joy on his clients best day. It was then that I fell in love with the concept of love and knew what I wanted to do. I went on to film photography in high school and digital photography in college. After college I started a job as a party coordinator. I did this for years. Then, on blind faith started my own journey into the world of photography and wedding planning!
