    West Lane Flowers

    5.0

    Colchester, VT
    • Starts at $100

West Lane Flowers is a flower farm and design studio located in Colchester, VT. Our flowers effortlessly reflect Vermont's lush landscape. We offer unique, locally grown flowers in modern color palettes with a focus on sustainability. We grow flowers May-October and source from the US and Canada year-round. Our retail flower menu enables folks with smaller budgets to make a big impact with flowers. We have no minimum, and aim to make the booking process transparent and easy!

West Lane's flowers set the stage for the sumptuous and whimsical wedding wonderland of our dreams. We loved working with Kelsey throughout our planning process. Her enthusiasm and expertise fueled our ideas. She grasped our vision of combining bright colors with organic, natural feeling arrangements. Day-of, everything was 10 times more amazing than we even expected, with delicate bud vases galore, an incredible array of flowers at the ceremony arbor, and a gigantic (per my request) bouquet that I was honored to carry. And of course, we resonate so strongly with Kelsey's love and pride of Vermont flowers. We cannot recommend her highly enough as a flower farmer and floral artist. Working with her is the very best of working with a small business person. We loved getting to know Kelsey warmth and thoughtfulness – including by visiting her Northern Vermont gardens in-person!

Oak and Bee Florals did an incredible job with my wedding flowers!! Oak and Bee created all my bridesmaid bouquets, plus the boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces and some extra floral decor elements. All were truly one of a kind and completely unforgettable. Many months later, we are still getting compliments about our wedding flowers! My husband and I had some unique requests and I was amazed at how well Christa was able to incorporate each element into such a cohesive look. Her hard work brought the aesthetic of the event together and made it really feel like "us". We loved our flowers so much that we also requested her bouquet preservation services! The work of art Christa created for us is really beautiful; we're incredibly thankful to have such an awesome piece that we can keep in our home to always remember the big day! I highly suggest working with Oak and Bee!!!

      Swanton, VT
      • Starts at $1,000

Hi, I'm Nicole and flowers are my passion! For the last twenty-six years I've been in love with floristry and have made countless lifelong relationships with the couples Ive worked with. When I'm not designing or playing in the garden, I'm busy being a wife, mother, and enjoying the many animals my family and I dote on.

Our wedding was an amazing occasion made even better by the flowers Nicole provided! They were absolutely stunning and we had SO MANY compliments. We were also out of towners so Nicole having some center piece options to rent made the trip easier and we knew they'd turn out great! We communicated before the event and everything was set up with zero stress. Couldn't be happier with our flowers, thank you so much!

      Bloom Culture: Do-it-yourself Wedding Flowers

      5.0

      Oklahoma City, OK
      • Serves St. George, VT

A common misconception about Bloom Culture is that we are telling people they SHOULD DIY their wedding flowers… when in reality we are telling people they CAN DIY their wedding flowers… if they want to. With Bloom Culture you can create you own wedding flowers with Confidence. We help you get creative, stay in-control of your wedding budget, and enjoy the most beautiful wedding flowers. We have pre-made DIY Flower Collections or you can get a custom design with our FREE online quote or chat with us one on one for more guidance!

      Awarded Best of Zola
As my fiancé and I started the wedding planning process, we joked that our loose theme would be “flowers and love.” We knew we wanted lots of beautiful, lush florals as the primary decor focus, and also knew we didn’t want to spend the many thousands of dollars to achieve that look with a standard florist. If you’re in the same boat, and have an appetite for some DIYing, I’d STRONGLY recommend working with Bloom Culture. After some Googling for DIY wedding florals, I came across Bloom Culture and spoke with Allison for a custom consultation. During the call, Allison helped me express the type of floral look we were going for, and built out a custom floral package that would achieve it. She also laid out the delivery and prep process, and we landed on a final package and timeline for delivery. We received a LARGE box of flowers the week before the wedding and were immediately pleased with the quantity and quality of flowers we had received. Allison’s guide mentioned that some crushed or damaged blooms would be completely normal, but everything was so well packaged we didn’t notice more than a few damaged stems. From there, the DIYing began. Between unpacking, trimming, de-thorning, trimming again, building bouquets, arrangements, boutonnieres, etc, etc, it was a LOT of work. However, we referenced Allison’s guides (written, video tutorials) religiously and they laid out everything perfectly. She strongly recommends having plenty of assistants -- pay attention to this advice! Find a few trusted friends or family members who have time and artistic ability and it will make all the difference in your stress levels. The flowers all lasted beautifully for the wedding and we received so many compliments on how they looked. Allison - thank you for everything!

      • Starts at $4,500
      • Serves St. George, VT

Afterall is a floral studio led by lifelong friends & design duo, Demelza Levick and Angela Nitschke, who grew up together on a fruit farm at the foot of Mount Monadnock in Southern NH. We believe that flowers have the power to transform life's celebrations into breathtaking memories, by connecting them to a place, a season, and a story. From impactful, artful installations to petite bundles of boutonnieres, we design every last detail with you and your love story in mind.

We had the most incredible experience with Demelza and Angela! They created the dreamiest ceremony and reception spaces for our wedding and even incorporated personal touches into my bouquet. I loved it and our guests did too! It was truly magical. They were also really easy to work with and explained at the beginning how many meetings to expect and when, and also welcomed questions in the interim. Their clear process made planning so much easier on our end!

Sarcasm & Sunshine Designs Flower Preservation

      5.0

      Harrisburg, PA
      • Starts at $250
      • Serves St. George, VT

Sarcasm & Sunshine Designs is comprised of two friends, turned business partners. We worked together for several years planning events and weddings, so we have a shared love of sparkle, flowers, coffee, and making beautiful memories! We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our growth as friends, mothers and confidants, than to combine our creativity and passions to create one of a kind items to brighten the days and lives of others. Our business, our products, and our partnership is all about balance, Contessa is the Sarcasm, Danielle is the Sunshine. Some days, we switch roles, but we think life is better with both!

Having my wedding flowers preserved was extremely important to me. To be able to keep something perfectly preserved that was so beautiful on my special day is unreal. Danielle is the kindest and easiest person to work with. She gets back to you within seconds and listens to any and every crazy request I had. Along with a tray, wine stopper, ornament, and book mark, Danielle was able to take part of my Mother’s wedding dress (that was wrapped around my bouquet) and preserve it in a jewelry box with my flowers. Let me tell you, the reaction my mom had on her face when I gave her that jewelry box was indescribable. If you are ever second guessing preserving your wedding flowers, this is your sign to do it. You won’t regret it! Sarcasm and Sunshine’s work is impeccable and I hope that others are able to have their flowers preserved with such care and precision as I was able to have mine.

      Blee's Floral Design

      5.0

      Crown Point, NY
      • Starts at $75 per arrangement
      • Serves St. George, VT

After beginning a career in the home interiors industry in NYC, I found myself longing for a creative outlet! I began taking a few floral design courses to keep myself sane and fell in love! After 7 years in the city, I decided it was time for a break and moved back upstate to the Adirondacks. Here I began working at my family's business, Tromblee's Greenhouse, furthering my love for flowers. As customers began to ask for floral arrangements an organic business outlet was created. Blee's is a nod to the business that grew my love for flowers, my connection to a community, and a family that welcomed me.

We met Megan at a wedding styled shoot and fell completely in love with her floral work. I reached out to her for our actual wedding and she brought our vision to life! She was very professional, creative, and easy to work with, as well as a great communicator. She and a colleague arrived promptly on our big day and really transported us to a tropical getaway with the table decor, floral arch, and my bouquet. We highly recommend working with Blee's!

Working with Naomi for our wedding florals was a DREAM and an exceptional experience from start to finish. We cannot recommend her and her team at Nectar and Vessel highly enough to other couples getting married. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was hiring Naomi and her team and giving her complete creative freedom. She took that freedom, and spun floral magic into the most beautifully designed space we have ever seen. Her love for florals, and for creating beautiful moments for others shines in her work - and isn’t that what you want on your wedding day? To be surrounded by love through flowers that all your guests can feel? That’s the magic Naomi brings to weddings that is impossible to replicate. The floral designs and artistry that Naomi and her team created for our day were simply stunning. Beyond being beautiful, they were unique and felt personal to us. It was the talk of the wedding that none of the guests had ever seen a display like the florals at our wedding, and that each tablescape and design felt like a work of art. A few things additional things about working with N&V we’d like to highlight: Design and vision: Naomi not only executed a vision for our wedding florals and design, she shaped it from the very beginning. The proposal powerpoint was a detailed mood board of not only the florals, but the overall vibe and design for the wedding. For the bride or groom, like me, who was overwhelmed with how to make a wedding feel cohesive, personal, and intentionally designed, trust in Naomi to help jump start that process and hire her as one of your early vendors. Flawless logistics and professionalism: Working with N&V was completely stress free because Naomi and her team are true professionals. She was respectful of our budget, had a clear, well-structured contract, and payment through her professional portal was incredibly easy. Everything was delivered, set-up, and cleaned up flawlessly and on-time. Importantly, if there were any issues day-of, we didn’t hear about it or take on any of that stress (though with her careful planning, I bet there weren’t any fires to put out!) While these sound like boring logistics, all of this professional preparation on N&V’s part saved us a ton of time and stress wedding planning. Positivity and good energy: Naomi herself is the warmest and most effusively positive person - that was clear from our very first consultation call with her and was even more true on the day of our wedding. We felt showered in positivity throughout our experience working with her, which is exactly what you want on your big day! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Nectar and Vessel, and specifically, Naomi and her wonderful team. Hire her early, trust her to work her magic and give her all the creative control, and then watch your wedding venue transform. Bluebird Bouquets

      5.0

      Somerville, MA
      • Serves St. George, VT for additional fees

My passion for floristry began at a young age alongside the caring guidance of my grandmother. To me, flowers tell a story of family, about who we are and where we come from. Today, Bluebird Bouquets shares these meaningful moments with others through thoughtfully crafted floral pieces for life's special moments.

It’s challenging to put into words how much we loved all our wedding flowers and how well they captured our personalities and suited the settings we chose for our ceremony and reception. We’ve been fans of Haley’s work via the Boston Women’s Market for several years now because of her unique and vibrant arrangements that blend classic style with innovative combinations and silhouettes, and she was the first person we thought of for floral arrangements when we started to plan our wedding. Working with Haley is such a delight! She was very patient with us since we don’t know much about flowers ourselves, and was able to create truly stunning arrangements given our chosen colors and themes. We also thought it was really special how she was able to make arrangements for each of our wedding party members that would suit them; we both had all-gender wedding parties and Haley was able to provide boutonnières, bouquets, and cuffs for party members depending on their roles and preferences. As the bride and groom, our favorite parts were the two large arraignments that framed our ceremony and added a lot of personality and definition to our wedding photos. Haley even delivered our flowers to the ceremony and reception venues on the day of our wedding. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! We would highly recommend her for any event.

Buds is a woman-owned floral design company, founded by Kayla Gould, based in Boston and the south shore of Massachusetts. Buds design style is organic, airy and whimsical with lots of ties to botanical elements. The combination of locally grown stems, plants and found materials in nature makes for stunning arrangements unlike others seen before.

I have zero experience when it comes to flowers, and somehow Kayla captured my exact vision! My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were so gorgeous and had so many different flowers in them! My photographer commented that she had never seen certain flowers in a bouquet before. Absolutely beautiful and totally affordable!
