Floral design work is a natural extension of my urge to create, my love of nature, and the joy I derive from hands-on team work that employs the whole body and all the senses. I launched Molly Oliver Flowers in 2012 to support regional flower growers, and to build a floral design business that approached events with a zero waste mindset.

In 2013, my passion for flowers started when I landed a job at a local flower shop. Entranced by the art, I fell head over heels in love with the intricacies of designing something new & special for a specific individual. I immersed myself, continually discovering new techniques & experimenting. My traditional design skills mixed with my trained eye from the fashion industry has helped shape what my design style is today- whimsical, ethereal, & extremely detailed. I consider my arrangements & installations to be a sculptures & am inspired by nature and it’s immense growth & colors, Dutch Master paintings, & the 60s psychedelic movement.
