Hi, I'm Erin! Girl Loves Cake Desserts started as a side project while I was working full-time as a pastry chef at local restaurants. I started experimenting with macarons to see what the buzz was about and it stuck. The side project has grown into a full-time macaron business. Set up as a made-to-order bakery, I offer pre-order pickup events multiple times a month at my Lakewood kitchen and surrounding businesses.

Celebrity Cake Studio is a family-owned and operated cake boutique. We have been baking joy into all of our artistically designed cakes and desserts for 21 years! Sisters Odette D'Aniello Mary Ann Quitugua and cousin Wallace Bolo (our “Baker Supreme”), are third-generation bakers who grew up in their family's bakery on Guam. Since we have worked in the bakery environment all our lives, we know the industry by heart.

Maxine is the Pastry Chef behind Baked By Max. She attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and received her Associates in Baking & Pastry Arts. Once graduated, Maxine returned to the Seattle area to work in local bakeries to master her skills. Hi, it's me Amber! The cake maker of your wildest dreams! I started baking cakes six years ago in Milton Massachusetts for a non-profit called "Birthday Cakes 4 Free" my family would bake and deliver cakes to children and seniors who were not able to afford a cake on their special day. During that time, it really allowed me to find my own style. I can now say with confidence, that my aesthetics is PNW inspired! I don't use fondant, and I try my hardest to incorporate the seasons most beautiful fresh organic flowers.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

A native of Oregon, Megan Bamford found her calling to cuisine when she was just a tot. In July of 2013, she was named Pastry Chef on Team USA, a role in which she will always consider being one of the most rewarding experiences in her life. She believes that cooking with fresh ingredients and having a positive attitude are the most powerful tools in the kitchen. Most recently Megan traded her chef coat for a lab coat and studied Food Science and Micro Biology at Penn State. As of May 2017 Megan finally made her way back to west coast to open Bamford Bakeshop with her family.

I started PREMIUM CARBS because I honestly got tired of carbs receiving a bad rap over the years plus the many many people who've encouraged me to start my own operation. So this Community Supported Bakery (CSB) is the lovechild of that idea. I just love to bake so you get to benefit from that obsession. #IWDFCFTBATK
