Specializing in all buttercream cakes and decorated with fresh flowers, fruits and greenery, we make unique cakes for unique moments. Started in 2017 Middle Name Baking Co. aims to create gorgeous and delectable desserts for weddings and special events. Serving areas of the beautiful Olympic Peninsula in Washington State.

All cakes are finished in our signature white chocolate buttercream, no fondant! Each cake is custom to each couple and is baked, built and decorated with love. Our specialty is tailoring to your event and story.

    Choosing a cake was a breeze with the tasting flight offered, and Olivia captured the vibe of the cake we wanted perfectly. The cake was SO GOOD that guests were clamoring to take some home with them. I still dream about how good it was. Highly recommend

    Wedding cake and macaroons were gorgeous and the best we ever tasted. We only had three weeks before the wedding and the owner was so helpful. She was was so flexible with pick up times as we had never been to Port Angles before. The cake was beautiful and the fresh flowers were amazing. Thank you so much!

    So glad we found Olivia to do our wedding cake. We are from Portland, and were married in Sequim where wedding vendors and a little more difficult to find. When I found Wildflower Cakes, I knew I found who was going to make my cake. Olivia was responsive and professional from start to finish. She asked the right questions and helped design my perfect cake. We had a cake tasting and consult where we chose our size, flavors, and frosting. Olivia provided us with information and helped us find the perfect flavor, size, and look for our cake. The days before our wedding were crazy busy and Olivia drove all the way out to my parents house to pick up flowers for the cake. She designed the most unique, beautiful cake ever and it was very delicious. We are still getting compliments from guests. Recently, on our 1 year wedding anniversary we enjoyed a slice of our wedding cake that we had frozen. We enjoyed it on the Oregon Coast sitting on a patio and it was still delicious!
