Bixby + Pine

5.0

  • Starts at $150 per arrangement
  • Serves South Bend, WA

Bixby + Pine began in 2014 officially, but unofficially YEARS before that as three best friends planned everything with intense detail--birthday parties, carnivals, talent shows, and everything in between. B+P couples are people who value experiences and relationships, above all else.

Awarded Best of Zola
My partner and I had a very clear vision of what we wanted for our wedding going into planning. We found an amazing venue that fit the vibe we were looking for, but it was an empty venue with no tables, chairs, staff, lighting, etc. We were so lucky that to find Bixby Pine, because not only have they worked at our venue before, but also understood our vision straightaway. I am very type A and anxious, so when it came to planning I liked to have everything done on the early side. Shortly after we teamed up with BP, we had selected our photographer, florist, and decided where we would get our stationary from. BP provided wonderful suggestions for vendors and many of the ones we choose for our wedding, BP had worked with previous and it helped everything run smoothly. They made me feel so comfortable about how the day would run, and set up everything beautifully. They also helped figure out the best way to handle a sensitive situation that came up with one of our guests. One of the things my partner and I were not prepared to plan when we booked an empty venue space, was arranging all the clean up and trash removal. BP took care of that without us having to worry about it at all. I am so happy we had them to help us plan and coordinate our day.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

4.9

  • Starts at $350
  • Serves South Bend, WA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
Our flowers turned out AMAZING with flower moxie! It was so fun to be able to spend the days before prepping the flowers with my family and friends, and they truly turned out so beautifully. Alexa and the customer service team went above and beyond to help in answering all my questions. I’m so grateful to have found them!

Merry and Flora

5.0

  • Starts at $2,000
  • Serves South Bend, WA

We are a mother /daughter duo who nearly spend every waking minute thinking about, dreaming up and planning beautiful ways to celebrate love with flowers and creating dreamlike immersive guests experiences.

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with the beautifully created space Merry designed and executed for our wedding! We were married in our contemporary church, a challenging space to develop intimacy and gentle beauty. After consulting with Merry, we immediately felt she comprehended our vision. We quickly moved forward with a floral color palette and she offered helpful design advise, developing a floral arch on the buffet table which we used on the stage. The result was whimsical, romantic and created a lovely backdrop for our photos. My bouquet brought tears to my eyes, just the right touch of color to accent my ivory dress. We highly recommend Merry and Flora, start to finish our expectations were met and exceeded, eliminating stress and creating memories of our special day which we will always treasure!

Hi I am Kim - owner and lead designer. Having launched the studio after numerous years in the corporate world - I couldn’t be happier to now be living my passion to impact the lives of others with flowers. Our promise is to take the time to understand your preferred flower style and budget in order to create one of a kind floral design that will delight in every way.

Awarded Best of Zola
Choosing a florist was one of the toughest wedding day decisions we had to make. We had reached out to SO many and gotten quotes and we were underwhelmed at what we were being offered for our money OR underwhelmed by the quality and craft of the "cheaper" options. Finally, we reached out to Farmhouse Box & Bloom and connected with Kim and immediately we knew it was the perfect fit. She was invested in our vision from the start, sending frequent check-ins and asking pointed and specific questions that I wouldn't have even thought of! She even attended a venue meeting with us just so she could get a better sense of the space (which she was not at all required to do). Our wedding day florals exceeded our expectations and Kim and her team more than delivered. 10/10 recommend.

A LA CHLOE

5.0

  • Serves South Bend, WA

After working eight years in New York City within the fashion industry, I decided to develop one of my childhood passions, art. Since I was a child, I viewed the world through an artist’s eye with an especially adoring love for floral design. Colors and textures - even the way they move. All of this comes together to tell my clients' unique story through floral design. To me, nothing is more fulfilling than starting with a blank canvas, bringing together just the right pieces, and letting the visual narrative flow on its own.

Awarded Best of Zola
As a wedding photographer, I have worked with Chloe many times and clients are always satisfied with her work. There is a variety style of flowers setting but she knows how to balance those flowers at the same time. It is also good to see her being professional all the time that includes getting the work done on time, so I can start photo shooting smoothly. Not to mention her personality, she is friendly and kind to all clients and vendors. Highly highly recommend Chloe!

5.0

  • Starts at $2,500
  • Serves South Bend, WA

Hi! I am Melissa, the Founder and Creative Director of Campanula Design Studio. Over the years, working with clients and helping them to express their emotions through flowers taught me to truly appreciate the importance of showing our love and gratitude for one another through the simplest of gestures. A single perfect bloom, small gift, or short note can transform a mood. Combining a love for event planning and hosting celebrations, an eye for design, and a desire to bring people together in meaningful ways, I founded Campanula in 2019.

As a fellow florist, I have to give a huge shout-out to Melissa and her team at Campanula Design Studio. They’ve got an incredible knack for creating beautiful, elegant arrangements that really make a wedding stand out. Their designs are always fresh (using many locally and American-grown blooms) and perfectly put together. I recently re-branded my business from Sagicorn Productions to Happily Ever Sparkle. I made this change, because Sagicorn first began as a production name for my videography and photography work. First off, we HIGHLY recommend Carolyn and Folk Art Flowers for anyone looking for a florist!! Carolyn is easy to work with and has such an amazing eye for design. You will not regret choosing her as your florist!! Like many people in 2020, our wedding was derailed and the entire year became something of a planning fiasco. We were calling vendors left and right trying to properly postpone but also still trying to have the wedding of our dreams. Carolyn was the absolute dream floral vendor for us!! She was so supportive and flexible of helping us find our new dates but also staying in sync with us on potential design changes due to new wedding dates spewing up left and right. We moved our wedding date three times which meant we had a wedding in three different seasons and different florals. However, Carolyn kept the original floral vision alive with her knowledge of the kind of florals that grow for the different seasons. It was amazing to see and the end result was SPECTACULAR!! She was the perfect planning partner to have alongside us and we cannot emphasize enough how helpful and kind she was. We proudly and unequivocally recommend Carolyn and Folk Art Flowers to everyone and anyone!! Book her today!!

Botanical Preserves

5.0

  • Starts at $3,500
  • Serves South Bend, WA for additional fees

Sophia is the creative force behind Botanical Preserves. Raised in an artistic household, she’s worked with multiple mediums over the years, with five years of experience in floral design. Having a fascination with the realm of plants and their healing powers, Sophia surrounds herself with botanicals and their many elements. The concept of floral design as a living, restorative, art form gave her a deep respect for flowers and their unique personality. Their nature of fragility adds to their elusiveness, and gives her the opportunity to exhibit the never-to-be-replicated side of her personality every time she works with floral product.

I got married in Florida and planned my wedding kind of fast which lead to so many things going wrong in my wedding but the one thing that went absolutely perfect and delivered more than I could've ever asked for was my florist Sophia! She was honestly what kept and brought everything together in the end! I let her do her thing and she was very professional and really has an eye to make her arrangements look like works of art! I honestly wish I could've kept my bouquet forever it was gorgeous and to this day when I show my wedding pictures everyone is amazed at the work she did! After working with her on my wedding day I would definitely recommend Botanical Preserves for your special events! I do not know what I would've done without her I am so grateful for everything she did for me :)
