Cottage 84 is our vintage inspired cottage style venue and estate that was built in 1925. The venue is still structured with the original pine walls and flooring and is filled with eclectic and gold, ornate vintage decor and furniture. The indoor dining and the reception area contains floor to ceiling stone fireplaces and our outdoor, covered reception space is equipped with a firestove and heater for those colder nights. The venue is on 1.5 acres of lighted ladscape including our boardwalk and 100 year old lighted pecan tree on our private back lawn area. Our marriage officiants and Ministers can perform your wedding at a moments notice. Georgia Marriage License and Photo ID required. All Marriage Licenses accepted from Gwinnett, Fulton, Dekalb, Henry and All Georgia County Probate Courts. LBGT clients are welcomed. Use our Minister or bring your own to perform the ceremony and file the required marriage papers with the state of Georgia.
