BLDG39 is a historic and industrial chic style wedding venue with modern accents located in the Bridesburg section of Philadelphia. The venue includes free parking available and a 30 x 30 seasonal tent. Originally erected in 1917 during wartimes, the space has been thoughtfully renovated to preserve the history within its walls. We invite you to come make your mark on history! Our maximum fully seated indoor capacity is 130 guests, and our casual standing reception-style indoor capacity is approximately 150 guests. The use of our outdoor space under the tent increases to approximately 175 guests total standing reception-style (venue + tent).

Sitting atop twenty-three acres of picturesque Chester County countryside, the exquisite Main Line estate known as Hilltop House includes grand formal gardens, fountains, apple orchards, and sloping meadows. Built in 1894, this unique and elegant mansion in Devon, Pennsylvania, was home to several prominent Main Line families until it was renovated for public use in 2005. Generous rooms with multiple entryways provide easy traffic flow throughout the spacious wood-paneled interiors, verandas, and terraces. The venue can accommodate up to 135 guests and has ample convenient parking, just steps from the front entryway.

At the heart of the thriving early industrial community known as Rittenhouse Town, the first paper mill in America was built. It all began when, in 1687, papermaker William Rittenhouse followed other Quaker and Mennonite families emigrating to the newly formed neighborhood of Germantown (founded in 1683). William partnered with Philadelphia’s first printer, purchased a 20-acre plot of land along Paper Mill Run (a tributary of the Wissahickon Creek) and, with the help of his son Nicholas, built the first paper mill in British North America that otherwise could only be delivered from England. For the next 40 years, the Rittenhouse family were the only papermakers in America.

The Ocean City Yacht Club, established in 1901, is rich in both history and tradition. We have one of the most active and competitive sailing programs in the Mid Atlantic region including bay and offshore racing. The 2023 season marks the 122nd year that the Ocean City Yacht Club (OCYC) has been in existence, an organization steeped in family values and tradition. The Club has a multitude of activities for members to enjoy: sunset meals on the bay, Saturday night theme parties, bridge, golf, fishing, and sailing/boating events. There are innumerable events to socialize with friends and meet new people. Members can also look forward to the continuation of philanthropic endeavors the Club has supported over the past years, such as Fishing for Kids in June and the OCYC foundation. Bolingbroke Mansion was built fifty years before the American Declaration of Independence and is just fifteen miles from where that historic event took place. Camp Oak Hill offers its guests exclusive use of the entire Camp Oak Hill property and all indoor and outdoor rental facilities. Couples that book Camp Oak Hill for at least two nights may hold Wedding ceremonies and receptions as part of their camping experience. Wedding ceremonies may be held anywhere on Camp Oak Hill property, but couples typically take advantage of the Williamson Amphitheater in the woods. The 120-140 seat amphitheater is beautifully set under a canopy of trees.
