The Lachini Family believes that the vineyard is the wine. Our family-owned Estate winery and vineyard is located on the backdrop of the Chehalem Mountains in the heart of the Oregon’s North Willamette Valley. The 45 acre Lachini Estate Vineyard is located approximately 30 miles southwest of Portland. The south-facing gently-sloped terrain sets in the outlying foothills of Newberg, and is a part of the Chehalem Mountains A.V.A. Ron and Marianne purchased the property in 1998 and planted the first five acres with Pinot Noir (Pommard clone) in June of 1999 after clearing and natural site preparation. In the following seven growing seasons, we planted additional blocks that now entail just over 30.5 acres of planted Pinot Noir plus an additional one and a half acres of Chardonnay.

With a regal red brick façade, the Chehalem Cultural Center is a fantastic choice for your dream wedding. Conveniently located in the heart of Newberg, the Center is steps away from fine restaurants, wineries, lodging and the historical downtown area. Housed in a newly renovated 1930's brick schoolhouse, the Chehalem Cultural Center offers an historic authenticity that is rare among today’s modern venues. Fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and Wi-Fi, this flexible venue can accommodate up to 300 guests for a comfortable dining experience.

Built in 1852, the house sits on just under three acres and is surrounded by gardens and farm lands. Our gardens consist of heritage roses, perennial beds, and a large lawn with mature trees. Also included in the village is the Pioneer Mothers Memorial Cabin, an 1850’s one room schoolhouse and the historic Butteville Jail. The grounds of the complex make a charming backdrop for weddings providing a wonderful step back in time.

We include Coordination, Staff, Décor and so much more. Weddings on the Hill is conveniently located in the heart of West Linn on Willamette Drive (Highway 43). Our venue is often used as a destination wedding location as it is centrally located between Seattle and California, and we have couples from all over the country.

The Sanctuary Hall is a stunning, historical landmark in the heart of Portland's Arts District. Step back into time as you bask in the warm glow of 30' hand-made Povey Brothers stained glass installations and run your fingertips along the hand-carved 130 year old Douglas-Fir pews. The Hall's rounded and layered design allows for every wedding to feel like an intimate affair, be it seven people or 700. Beneath the Sanctuary Hall are many more multi-use rooms, including a banquet hall, commercial kitchen, chapel library, multiple dressing rooms. The venue is equipped with modern sound, lighting, and video capturing and streaming equipment. We have a fully functional pipe organ, one of the largest in Oregon, and a 7' Steinway Grand piano at your disposal. As an all-inclusive venue, we include staffing, setup, use of rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc), clean-up, and an event specialist team to assist you with every package!

From intimate to elaborate our venue has you covered! Our two world renowned restaurants, Departure and Urban Farmer can host small gatherings of up to 30 attendees, while our larger Ballroom and Cityview Living Room can host up to 500 attendees. Have your wedding ceremony on our rooftop or in our ballroom with a reception following in one of our more casual spaces like the Barrel Room or elegant Nines Ballroom. Our hotel is housed in the Meier & Frank Building, built in 1909 and is rich in Portland history yet has a modern, artistic feel being home to over 2 million dollars worth of art by Pacific Northwest artists. We have 331 guestrooms onsite and offer courtesy room blocks, bridal getting ready rooms and suites. Our hotel is silver LEED certified, has its own herb garden and bee hive on our rooftop contributing to our multiple sustainable practices. There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. The Hallowed Halls is a Portland, Oregon-based wedding venue featuring breathtaking natural light and stunning views of the surrounding maple trees. Located on this charming Portland property sits a stunning 1919 Federal-style brick building. Once a library, this building features large vintage windows and captivating historic charm. The space is also a recording studio during the day, and because of that, you'll have access to a variety of musical perks, such as use of a grand piano, a vintage Hammond B# organ, an antique upright piano, and more. You’ll also receive access to the venue’s variety of on-site rentals, including a dance floor, tables, chairs, linens, and more.

Centrally located in the heart of North Portland, The Baker Building is available to host your wedding, reception and ceremony. This historic building has been thoughtfully updated, keeping many of the original details while adding a modern touch. The building features a second floor ballroom with exposed rafters and hanging café lights, elegant hardwood flooring, and tons of natural light. A large kitchen and serving room is conveniently located just next to the ballroom as well as two private suites for guests. *All tables and chairs are included in the rental fee, surround sound PA system, wireless microphones and overhead projector. *We offer an open vendor policy which means that you may bring in outside caterers and alcohol for no additional fee.
