Nazareth Hall is known throughout the region as a banquet and wedding facility, but it’s the rich history and lush setting that draws people here. Built in 1927 as an all-boy Catholic boarding school. It eventually evolved into a renowned military school for boys. Throughout its history the school stayed true to its Catholic roots and the nuns who served and taught here. Operating until 1982 the stories written within its walls are still told today. Re-emerging with a new mission and purpose in April of 1991, Nazareth Hall was reborn. It is in this picturesque place, reminiscent of castles of old, that brides come to be married and celebrate with family and friends in grand ballrooms. The classrooms and meeting spaces offer the perfect vintage background for business training sessions, and the manicured lawns have been host to numerous parties and festivities.

Our space has a lodge like feel with post and beam construction, 2 large fireplaces, a moose head and lots of dark handsome woodwork. 2 of our rooms have large windows overlooking our pond and fountain. We have 2 bars, and 38 outside tables. Our front patio has a large stone gas fireplace and our back patio overlooks the pond.

Karrikin Spirits Company is a Cincinnati based craft distillery and event space in Fairfax, committed to exploring our love of flavors with the community. By definition, karrikins are the elements found in the smoke from a forest fire that trigger the regeneration of that forest. In the centuries since Whiskey Hollow was settled, those karrikins have been at work to bring distilling back to this very location on Cincinnati’s east side. In Spring of 2017, seven founding members with experience in brewing & distilling, woodworking, design, and more came together to purchase a building formerly occupied by Swallen’s and later, DnD Metal to start a journey of flavor and fire. From there, Karrikin Spirits Company was formed — a full-service, grain to glass distillery producing handcrafted spirits, sparkling spirits, non-alcoholic sodas, and beer. Our venue is seated on 65 beautiful and secluded acres. We have three ponds, alpacas, goats, and beautiful forestry. We are able to set up your wedding in many different locations on the property to tailor it to your specific style. We also include packages that offer photography with the livestock.
