Paige Achkov is the owner and CEO of Top Tier Artistry. Paige is a licensed Cosmetologist who resides in New York City with her husband and two children. She has been an active professional in the Beauty Industry for the past 11 years. In 2010 Paige did hair and makeup for a friend while in cosmetology school, and hasn't looked back since.
