Owner and Lead Stylist

Tara Gervacio is a New York based makeup artist and hairstylist. After receiving her beauty credentials in 2017, Tara dove into the world of editorials, commercials, and the wedding industry, building her clientele and gaining invaluable experience. She has worked over 100 weddings spanning the tri-state area and beyond. She has always been driven by her unique ability to produce soft and natural glam for her clients. However, her talent also allows her to seamlessly add a touch of drama here and there. A constant in her work is her motivation to help each client leave her chair feeling beautiful and confident in their own skin.

At Tara Gervacio Beauty, we specialize in natural and soft glam that is customized for each individual that works with us. We are also experienced in Asian beauty. Our team members are hand-picked to be able to deliver the highest quality of work and curate looks that are unique. Our priority is creating a seamless experience from the inquiry process all the way to post-wedding.

    I've had the pleasure of collaborating with Tara at two weddings I was photographing, and I cannot rave enough about Tara's skill and kindness. She makes everyone who sits in her chair radiate inside and out, instilling both beauty confidence that last throughout the wedding day (and into the night!), that translate to photographs and videos flawlessly. I've witnessed Tara carefully listen to her brides feedback, make same-day adjustments with ease, and offer a calm space for others during their hair and makeup. Everyone should work with Tara!

    Choosing Tara Gervacio Beauty was my second easiest ”YES” to make!! Tara and her team are truly amazing and will make you feel like an absolute rockstar on your big day! Tara is the kindest most down to earth person and her talent is unmatched. We worked together on my wedding day look over a course of a year and a few trials. Tara listened to all of my all-over-the-place ideas and pieced together a wedding day look that was better than anything I could have dreamed of! Tara and her team will make you (and anyone else in your bridal party) feel absolutely beautiful and still absolutely yourself. I would choose her 100 times over again. Highly recommend!
