Cedar House Inn is a lovely Victorian home that was built in 1893 and currently serves as an intimate 8-guestroom Bed & Breakfast. In keeping with the heritage of the home, with its polished pine floors and 10-foot ceilings, the guestrooms are decorated to embrace the aesthetic of Old Florida.

Exposed beams and Spanish tile floors, this venue is highly versatile to host both ceremony & receptions all indoors with exceptional garden spaces to use as alternative ceremony and cocktail hour locations.

A rooftop venue overlooking the historic Ponce Hall Courtyard and all of downtown St. Augustine – your guests will be blown away by the views! It includes a round window-lined space along with two outdoor terraces that are excellent for cocktail hour and dancing. Seats max 120, however adding indoor space for buffet, etc., we recommend 80-100. For a reception rental on a Saturday, this venue is $10,500 and includes gold chivari chairs and tables. Available Year-Round on select weekends.

The Magnolia Room is situated at the Oldest City's most historic property, the Fountain of Youth. The Park features 15 acres, making it a great space for weddings, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, & other special occasions. There is complimentary onsite parking. The property offers views of the Matanzas River. In addition to that ever-popular water view, there are exotic peacocks wandering the grounds. The Magnolia Room is a 2,500 square foot enclosed event space, with retractable bay doors opening to two open-air patios, adding an additional 2,800 square feet for additional guest seating or a dance floor. There is a private sitting room & a caterers' prep kitchen inside. The Celebration Cottage can accommodate wedding parties on their special day. Equipped with mirrors, private restroom and shower, refrigerator, large screen tv, lounge seating, & more. Choose your ideal setting for your ceremony. Options include The Peacock Garden, waterfront, the Spanish Mission, & more.
