“My wife and I had Lou DJ our upstate wedding and it was more than we could have dreamed of. From the beginning, he was nothing but professional. He met with us multiple times prior to the event to go over music selection, flow of the ceremony day etc. His website was very easy to use and allowed us to have a large role in our music selection for the day, even for the reception dance portion. Everything was reviewed at least 3 times to ensure there were no hiccups, and also to make sure we wouldn't have to worry about anything on the ceremony day. On the day, Lou came in very early to setup and his equipment was extremely unobtrusive and sounded amazing. From the ceremony to reception (and especially cocktail hour), the sound was fantastic and there was not a single hiccup (even with an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour!). His flow through the reception was so smooth - and as a former college radio DJ, his music choice to fill in the gaps between the 'must plays' we sent him were impeccable!!! If you have a big heart for music and want it to be the backbone of any great party while having one of the most professional guys out there - Lou is 100% your guy. Thanks again Lou!!!!”

Rob took the time to text or set up whatever zoom calls we felt we needed. For the actual day, Rob was amazing. We had dinner service, reception, and "after party". Robs killed it with his flow between songs, and was incredibly accommodating and flexible if we had any requests in the moment, and was able to dodge or handle any "questionable" song requests that came his way. We knew that he always put my husband and I's wishes first. We also had multiple people comment on how good the DJ was during the reception, and after the fact! He also went above and beyond to pull heroics the day of to get some of our DIY spot lighting set up that wasn't set up the night prior. Rob was incredible to work with, and just as fun to chat with. Will miss working with them, but absolutely will be following their journeys and would use them again in a heartbeat! So thankful for Justin and Rob!”

“Oh WOW. There are no words for how outstanding these guys are. We are a musical family... their musicianship awed us all. But more importantly, the LOVE that was pouring in all directions from the musicians to us, to our family and guests and back to them. He managed the normal flow like the pro that he is. We had a disney themed wedding, Mike came up with ideas on how to incorporate the theme, he introduced the bridesmaids and groomsman as princesses and princes, and the bride and groom as queen and king. He came up with the idea of doing voiceovers to make the father and daughter dance and the husband and wife a little more special. There wasn't a dry eye in the room. He got everyone on the dance floor, the song selections were great. He listens to what couples want, he really spends time to get to know his clients before the event. He makes sure everything is correct even if there happens to be changes the day before or the day of. Mike and his wife were everything we were looking for in a dj service. “In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”

“We booked Collins Entertainment for our October wedding at the Interlaken Inn in Lakeville, CT. We had an unbelievably amazing experience with this company from the top to the bottom. Our DJ, Jared, was exceptional with music selection, a master emcee, was accommodating and seemed to be everywhere at once. My guests left saying he was the best DJ they've ever seen at a wedding for how many hits he put out. He was able to read the crowd really well, and knew how to get everyone on the dance floor. Jared had battery-powered setups for both the ceremony and reception, so we didn't have to worry about outlets in a remote area outdoors, which was very nice. Our planning sessions with Jim, Mitch, and Jared were comprehensive and they gave us all the tools we needed to succeed. The package price was very reasonable too, and was a leading factor for why we chose them as well. We used their mirror photo booth as well, which was very fun. The mirror booth even came with a long red carpet! The operator, Randall, was very accommodating and helpful with guests, making it fun and easy for everyone.
