He communicated with me in the beginning of the process, told me exactly how the process would go and that is exactly how it went. He sent us a virtual planning sheet that was incredibly easy to fill out. the payment method was very simple then a couple weeks before the wedding we talked and finalized everything and that was it. “Luci did our flowers for our wedding on 9/25/21. I am a covid wedding that needed to be postponed from 2020. She did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was special. When I had any concerns, she would jump on a call with me to re assure me everything was going to be taken care of. She made me 10 bridesmaid bouquets, 2 bouquets for my mom and mother in law, a gorgeous bouquet for myself, an extra boutonniere, and even added flowers to our cake (which was very bare) without us having to ask. Not to mention 16 different sized floral center pieces and greenery for our kings table. She is reasonably priced, uses seasonal flowers, and goes the extra mile for her clients. “We are VERY VERY VERY HAPPY for choosing Veneer Media as the videographer for our Wedding Celebrations! Bianca and Hung captured both our Cultural/Tea Ceremony as well as our Church Ceremony and Reception. The package we chose included an overall documentary, comprehensive highlight video, and short highlight videos. The video quality was expectional and plays well on phones, tablets, and TV. The sound is also very crisp as they are talented in removing any background noise or disturbances throughout the video. Veneer Media will communicate with you during the planning process to ensure you know what to expect the day of event. They will also work to ensure they capture your day as you imagined and remembered. I never felt like the videographers were in the way of the celebration or audience. To share more about Veneer Media, we originally planned our Wedding Celebrations for March 2020. Due to restrictions and uncertainty we had to postpone/reschedule 3 different times! Eventually we went with a Cultural/Tea Ceremony in late 2020 and a Church Wedding and Large Reception in 2021. Biance and Hung were understanding and accomodating to all of the changes in plans which is extremely appreciated. We went from planning a 2-day wedding weekend to 2-different weddings over 2 years.
