“Val did a amazing job on everyone's hair for my wedding. I have very long curly hair ,(bridal party has varied hair types) able to achieve all different hair styles we wanted. We started early in morning to make sure I could do my first look and take pictures before the ceremony. The reception wasn't to late afternoon and I was amazed at how great my hair still looked at this point after being windblown all day!! I never wear makeup so I wanted something minimal. They are sweet and so genuinely happy for you! On the wedding day, they handled our HUGE group with ease. They were organized about telling people who was in which photos and when they could leave. It would've been total chaos without them! Vicki handled a situation with my very elderly grandfather perfectly. He can't stand for long but he didn't want anyone to know that. Vicki offered him, my grandma, and another couple chairs to sit in so he wasn't the only one sitting. My whole family REALLY appreciated that. Erica was with the girls for our getting ready photos and she made us all relax and have so much fun with it. She was quick to adjust the room to get the lighting and angles she needed for photos. She moved furniture, improvised, and caught the sweetest candid moments between me and my bridesmaids along with our gorgeous posed ones. Communication is a huge thing for me when it came to planning the wedding and they always responded in a timely manner and worked with my husbands crazy schedule. On our wedding day Ashley was with the ladies and I during getting ready, while Michelle had to handle the guys, I say handle because they’re a handful especially once my dad is thrown into the mix. (You know the sos button on your phone… yeah my dad bumped that and the state cops showed up…. Oops.) but Michelle did amazing with them. We had a first look and then did our family photos and they did a wonderful job getting the kids attention (3 kids under 2). During our ceremony I had no idea they were even there, they really do just blend in to the scene. During cocktail hour Ashley took some precious photos of us with our son that I know I’ll cherish forever. They even took us out for some nighttime portraits before the left for the night. “Stephen James Films made the best wedding videos we could have imagined and we are so happy that we have the videos to last for the rest of our lives! We initially did not plan to hire a videographer for our wedding and I'm so happy we changed that mindset! We had conveniently met them at another wedding, just a few months prior while my husband was fascinated by their drone. Bianca and Hung captured both our Cultural/Tea Ceremony as well as our Church Ceremony and Reception. The package we chose included an overall documentary, comprehensive highlight video, and short highlight videos. The video quality was expectional and plays well on phones, tablets, and TV. The sound is also very crisp as they are talented in removing any background noise or disturbances throughout the video. Veneer Media will communicate with you during the planning process to ensure you know what to expect the day of event. They will also work to ensure they capture your day as you imagined and remembered. I never felt like the videographers were in the way of the celebration or audience. To share more about Veneer Media, we originally planned our Wedding Celebrations for March 2020. Due to restrictions and uncertainty we had to postpone/reschedule 3 different times! Eventually we went with a Cultural/Tea Ceremony in late 2020 and a Church Wedding and Large Reception in 2021. Biance and Hung were understanding and accomodating to all of the changes in plans which is extremely appreciated. We went from planning a 2-day wedding weekend to 2-different weddings over 2 years.
