Our menus offer a variety of different options; whether a formal dinner for your wedding or a cookout for a family reunion in your backyard – we have the menu for you. Our concept revolves around always providing fresh food for our clients. Our mobile kitchens allow us to cook all of our catered meals in a kitchen and serve every meal straight out of the oven regardless of where your event takes us. Preparing and serving slow smoked, expertly prepared Texas barbecue and rustic Italian inspired dishes is the greatest joy in my life. There are no short cuts in barbecue and that's what I love about it. We started Luongo Barbecue to glorify the Lord and grow the Kingdom of God. We use the business as a means to feed and serve our community. After spending 30 years in Texas we have relocated to central Pennsylvania to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue. Winners of "Best in Show" and "Best Entrée" at Taste of Western Lancaster County 2025 for our brisket, pulled pork and peach cobbler!

Hello! Marinades travels and we cook on-site with a food truck and grills. Fresh right to the table! Every event we do it custom to fit your menu and budget. We set up, serve and stay to clean up. We have bartenders as well and a mobile beverage cart if you wish for cocktails, mocktails or coffee bar. Only the freshest ingredients are used and we have many references to we provide what we promise. We also specialize in special eating requests such as Gluten free, Vegan, etc.
