Carolina has been working in bars and restaurants since 1997, becoming a bartender in 2004. She is a life-long beer aficionado and has hosted craft beer tastings since she managed the bar at The Caroline in Troy in 2007. When not living in Ohio, she has worked as a bartender at an oyster shack on Australia's southern coast, and at a popular discotheque in Quito, Ecuador. She tended bar at Slainte Irish Pub in Fells Point, Baltimore (one of the top 10 US soccer bars) during the 2014 World Cup, and worked events such as the Preakness and Baltimore Pride festival.

I can't even imagine doing life without photographs. My camera has been a permanent accessory for me since eighth grade and getting to document life events is one of my greatest joys. Please contact us on our website or email us directly. We first used our barn for our daughter's wedding because she wanted to have her magical day in the barn and backyard she grew up in. During our wedding, guests kept telling us "what a great idea to use this for a wedding". We had our first Big Barn Venue wedding in 2018 and we continued to book more dates throughout the wedding season. Our barn does not have heating or air so we cannot accommodate much farther outside of the months of June - October. Our brides, grooms, family and friends that have visited the barn for a wedding have truly enjoyed the country scenery we offer and also the amount of space the wedding has to use for a reception and ceremony. Photographers love the fields and they enjoy using almost all of the 200 acres for beautiful photos and videos.

Standing the test of time since the 1800’s, the Baum Opera House has played a significant role in the life and history of Miamisburg. Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. For 135 years the Opera House has contributed to the culture and history of the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
