I could not have chosen a better day of wedding planner/florist for my wedding. They helped me so much with coordination and exceeded my expectations. They day of the wedding, I did not have to do anything, they took care of everything from making sure vendors arrived on time, following the timeline, making sure we ate and were taken care of, etc. I worked with 2 different planners and have nothing but amazing things to say about them. My sister will be getting married next year and I have already passed along their information for her to book as well. 10/10.

Jen is incredible and worth every penny! My husband and I weren't very sure about how we wanted our wedding florals to look. We also didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on flowers that would only last a day. We stumbled upon wood flowers and discovered Wood and Word Blooms! Working with Jen was wonderful and seamless. She helps you every step of the way to figure out what you would like. The DIY class was so much fun, and we were able to build all of our centerpieces, boutonnières, and bouquets. Jen also built my cascade bouquet and beautiful garland for us! Everything came out so beautifully and was perfect for our day. Thank you Jen!

As my fiancé and I started the wedding planning process, we joked that our loose theme would be “flowers and love.” We knew we wanted lots of beautiful, lush florals as the primary decor focus, and also knew we didn’t want to spend the many thousands of dollars to achieve that look with a standard florist. If you’re in the same boat, and have an appetite for some DIYing, I’d STRONGLY recommend working with Bloom Culture. After some Googling for DIY wedding florals, I came across Bloom Culture and spoke with Allison for a custom consultation. During the call, Allison helped me express the type of floral look we were going for, and built out a custom floral package that would achieve it. She also laid out the delivery and prep process, and we landed on a final package and timeline for delivery. We received a LARGE box of flowers the week before the wedding and were immediately pleased with the quantity and quality of flowers we had received. Allison’s guide mentioned that some crushed or damaged blooms would be completely normal, but everything was so well packaged we didn’t notice more than a few damaged stems. From there, the DIYing began. Between unpacking, trimming, de-thorning, trimming again, building bouquets, arrangements, boutonnieres, etc, etc, it was a LOT of work. However, we referenced Allison’s guides (written, video tutorials) religiously and they laid out everything perfectly. She strongly recommends having plenty of assistants -- pay attention to this advice! Find a few trusted friends or family members who have time and artistic ability and it will make all the difference in your stress levels. The flowers all lasted beautifully for the wedding and we received so many compliments on how they looked. Allison - thank you for everything!

Bri's floral arrangements are a breath of fresh air! She made the lavender sunflower wedding bouquets of my dreams come to life in a way I didn't know was possible! She made my maid of honor and mother of the bride's bouquets a little more unique than the other bridesmaids' bouquets, yet everything blended together so seamlessly. From the initial consultation, to the day of, she is easy to work with and so professional. Everything she creates is so full of thoughtfulness and care. Aside from her gorgeous florals, she is a great communicator and a great cheerleader to have right by your side throughout the whole process and on your big day. Go with Golden Dreams florals for your big day--you won't regret it! Definitely would hire her again for future events!
