A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. The reimagined barn features a bold black exterior and a bright, versatile white interior with state-of-the-art HVAC for year-round comfort. Our brand-new covered pavilion offers an elegant indoor/outdoor option for ceremonies, receptions, or gatherings. Lush landscaping, fully paved parking, and driveways will enhance both convenience and charm. Guests will also enjoy elevated experiences behind the scenes. The Bridal Cottage will feature a light, coastal vibe with fresh furniture and a charming porch swing, while the Grooms Quarters will offer a masculine retreat with leather couches, a putting green, and a pool table.

Magnolia Farm offers you the chance to create your dream wedding throughout our 40 acres of rolling hill farmland! We also have the oldest house in the valley right on our property, which is a pre civil-war home! Magnolia Farm offers three event spaces and 2 outdoor ceremony options for you to choose from, giving your guests' room to roam and enjoy both indoor and outdoor views, as well as an option for you and up to 22 guests to stay onsite for your wedding weekend. While we are not all inclusive at the moment, we do have an open vendor policy so you can choose what other vendors you would like to use to help make your day special! Magnolia Farm strives to make your day as low-key and stress free as possible, that is why our coordinator package is included in your wedding price! This historic venue was built in 1885. Features include original hard wood floors, several exposed brick walls, chandelier lit ballroom, and magnolia shaded garden. Couples can choose from an indoor or outdoor ceremony. Couples can plan it all themselves or choose our inclusive wedding packages.

Oaklands Mansion is an historic house museum located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, United States. Oaklands is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a local landmark known for its unique Italianate design. A heritage tourism destination providing dynamic educational experience to diverse audiences through tours, events and engaging educational programs.

Located just outside Franklin in College Grove, Battle Mountain Farm is 234 acres of breathtaking views and rolling hills. We offer an amazing 4,000 square foot climate-controlled Event Barn, Historic Farmhouse with an upstairs apartment, Horse Barn, Gazebo, Log Cabin, and Guest House as well as beautiful grounds with lake views. The packages listed below have our One day (Hours are 10am to 11pm) and Two day packages (Day One - Hours are 10am to 8pm and Day Two - Hours are 10am to 11pm) prices included.

The Bedford Event Venue is located perfectly in the crossroads of Green Hills, Downtown Nashville and Brentwood. First Horizon Park (formerly First Tennessee Park) may be built for baseball, but the state-of-the-art facility is also quite versatile: fully equipped to turn the outfield into a concert stage, the warning track into a beer tasting line, or the infield into a soccer pitch. But not all events require full ballpark takeovers, which is why the club level is made available for business meetings in a luxury suite or a larger general assemblies in the Brauer Lounge.

Estelle is an Event Space focused on Hospitality and Located one mile from Downtown Nashville, East of the Cumberland River in the Historic/Hip neighborhood of East Nashville. Room With A View at Marathon Village, is a gorgeous venue located in downtown Nashville. Our event space is located in a 114-year-old factory with a historic Marathon Car Museum in the main lobby. Its antique oak stairs, original flooring, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows overlooking Nashville's downtown skyline is the most romantic backdrop for your wedding! On the 3rd floor of the administrative building of what used to be Marathon Motorworks, Its capacity is approximately 200 standing, 150 guests seated reception style. In house we offer an A/V system, round tables, folding tables, cocktail tables, & chairs. In the space you will also have access to our catering kitchen and bar. We also provide a Ready Room, which comfortably accommodates four to five people. It has seating, a full-size mirror, counter space, a closet, and a large wall-mounted makeup mirror. Room With A View has an open vendor policy, so your special day 100% reflects you.

Ozari Events is located inside L + L Marketplace-- a food and shopping destination located in Nashville. The market holds many tenants, and while all the spaces filled up quickly, the largest space was not filled by a tenant. The space then became Ozari Events!

The Bullbourne Ranch Barn is washed in white with beautiful stained doors and nestled amongst breathtakingly beautiful hills, this rustic and sophisticated barn will play backdrop to the event of your dreams! Travel just 45 minutes south of Nashville, TN and you will find yourself in a place that radiates tranquility, charm and North American Bison. We schedule tours by appointment only. Wilburn Street Studio is a beautiful 3800 square foot flexible rental space + 2500 square foot private outdoor space in East Nashville's historic McFerrin Park. We were originally a goods store in the 1930s and we still have the display nooks and a portion of the original walls. We have beautiful hardwood floors, natural light and plenty of space to create your dream wedding.

Located in the Nations Neighborhood of Nashville, we offer two venues in one space: Nicky's Coal Fired, which can host up to 150, and The Maxwell Room, which can host up to 90. When you host your event with us, pricing is all inclusive. That means every dollar spent will go towards your event- no booking fee, room charge, or empty expenses. Both of our spaces feature original hardwood floors, warehouse style windows, and exposed brick, creating a beautiful raw aesthetic.

Diamond Creek Farms is a brand new venue opening Spring of 2022. We are one of the largest venues in Nashville on a private property with spectacular views situated on over 100 acres of farm land. Our venue is high in design, modern and elegant with soaring 25 foot ceilings, crystal ring chandeliers, giant glass folding doors connecting to a beautiful covered patio. Just of the patio is an astro-turf lawn that faces the sunset every night. We include 250 ghost chairs and guest tables in our pricing. We have luxuriously appointed guests suites for the bride and groom as well.
