The Tom s. Gettys Center (formerly, Gettys Art Center), managed by the Arts Council of York County, is located in the Downtown Rock Hill Cultural District. It is a true arts destination for York county as it is home to offices of the Arts Council of York County, the Rock Hill Pottery Center, Art on Main, Concerts at the Courtroom, Hill City Church, and artist studios. Concerts are often held in the renovated historic courtroom on the second floor at the Gettys. It’s the perfect place to host receptions or other special occasions

Located in the historic Downtown Rock Hill Cultural District, the Center for the Arts is housed in two restored 121-year old buildings. The Center houses the offices of the Arts Council of York County, the Dalton, Perimeter, and Edmund Lewandowski Classroom Galleries, and private artist studios. The Dalton Gallery features 7 - 9 exhibitions each year by local, regional, national, and international artists. This open-air shelter features a beautiful hardwood ceiling with a stone fireplace overlooking Lake Haigler. The venue accommodates up to 75 guests at picnic-style seating under the shelter, or up to 100 guests seated under the shelter with additional seating and tenting available to rent.
