The Phillips Market Center’s multi-purpose hall, commercial kitchen with training area, executive board room, and covered patio provide the ideal venue for groups up to 200 people. Tables and chairs are provided for all events and set-up is included. The full service Chef’s Kitchen is equipped with commercial appliances for catering and serving small luncheons to large multi-course dinners. It includes a Bridal Suite, Groom's Room, a Den Area for parents and grandparents to relax, and a recently added "Ladies Loft" just for hair and makeup. The home is filled with large, elegant chandeliers and stunning furniture. The property has 3 historic barns, a chapel, 2 patio decks, and the largest reception area in Lexington County. The outdoor area is full of pecan and oak trees, along with a breathtaking lush landscape.
